## Description

Keep your newborn close during nighttime care with the Cowiewie P-800L bedside bassinet. Its side-opening design and seven height settings help position the sleep space alongside an adult bed, while mesh panels make it easier to see your baby at a glance.

Wheels let you move the bassinet between rooms, and the folding frame helps with storage when it’s not in use. The included mattress and under-bassinet basket keep the setup practical for everyday routines.

## What you’ll notice day to day

During nighttime feedings or check-ins, the retractable side gives you access from beside the bed. The bassinet can be set to one of seven heights, and a safety belt is provided to secure it to the adult bed. For bedside use, attach it according to the instructions so the two sleep surfaces are positioned as intended.

The mesh sides provide visibility and airflow around the bassinet. When daytime routines move to another room, the swivel wheels make it easy to reposition, the wheel brakes help hold it in place. What helps keep baby essentials close without adding another piece of furniture? The storage basket beneath the sleeping area is sized for everyday items such as diapers and wipes.

## Key points

The P-800L has a metal frame with a pyramid-style base and a folding design. Its listed dimensions are 33.07 x 22.04 x 36.6 inches, and the maximum weight recommendation is 30 pounds. The manufacturer lists the bassinet for ages 0–6 months, so use it within those stated guidelines.

The package includes the bassinet, mattress, storage basket, safety belt and instruction manual. Unlike a stationary bedside crib, this model can be rolled between rooms and folded for storage, while still offering bedside access and a dedicated place for baby essentials. The basket must be installed, it is part of the frame setup and supports stability.

## Cleaning & care

The product care instructions call for hand washing. The mattress has removable layers, which can be taken out for care. Follow the included instructions when assembling, attaching the safety belt, using the wheel brakes and folding the frame. Keeping the basket installed during use also supports the intended setup.

## Practical questions

**Can the bassinet be positioned beside an adult bed?** Yes. Set its height using one of the seven adjustment levels and use the supplied safety belt to attach it to the adult bed according to the instructions.

**Can I move it from room to room?** Yes. The swivel wheels allow you to move the bassinet, and the brakes help keep it stationary when parked. The frame also folds for storage.

**What do buyers mention about using it?** Buyers often highlight the storage, adjustable height and easy movement. Feedback on stability is mixed, so assemble the bassinet as directed, keep the storage basket installed and use the wheel brakes when it is in position.

## Should you buy it?

The Cowiewie P-800L suits families looking for a bedside bassinet that combines adjustable positioning, a retractable side and room for essentials underneath. Its wheels and folding frame add flexibility for moving it around the home or putting it away, while the included mattress and safety belt support a practical bedside setup for the newborn stage.
