## Description

For a yard, balcony, or pool area that needs more privacy without cutting off airflow, the i COVER 5x50ft Privacy Screen Fence provides a long, breathable mesh barrier. Its high-density polyethylene construction offers visual screening while allowing air to pass through, helping an enclosed outdoor space feel less boxed in.

The sand-colored screen measures 5 ft high by 50 ft long, covering 250 square feet. Reinforced edges, brass grommets, and included cable zip ties make it practical to secure along a compatible fence or railing.

## At a glance

This outdoor privacy screen is made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and provides 90% UV protection. The knitted mesh reduces surrounding views while letting breezes pass through, making it useful where you want a defined, more private area without using a solid barrier. Its sand color offers a neutral finish for gardens, patios, pool areas, and other outdoor settings.

At 5 ft high and 50 ft long, the screen is designed for fences around 5 ft tall or slightly higher. It can be attached to wire fencing, chain-link fences, wooden palisades, and railings. The reinforced black bindings support the edges, while rust-resistant brass grommets provide tie points around the screen. Cable zip ties are included for fastening.

## Size & fit

Measure the fence or railing before installation and compare its height and length with the screen’s 5 ft by 50 ft dimensions. A close fit helps the mesh cover the intended span and keeps attachment points accessible. Grommets are spaced 12.6 inches vertically and 24 inches horizontally, with three arranged at each corner to provide additional points for securing the edges.

The included 40 zip ties can be threaded through the grommets and fastened to the supporting fence. Distribute the attachments along the perimeter to hold the screen in place. This setup suits compatible fence structures and railings, the screen is not a freestanding panel.

## Everyday use

Use it to add privacy around a backyard, garden, pool, balcony, pergola, or patio. It can also serve as screening at a construction site or near plants. The mesh helps block street views and surrounding dust while its open-knit construction allows air and breeze to pass through. That makes it a different approach from a solid privacy panel: it provides a visual barrier while retaining airflow.

Buyers frequently praise the privacy it provides, its appearance, and the straightforward installation, while feedback on sizing is mixed. Measuring the intended span before setup helps match the screen to the fence section you want to cover. The sand finish also offers a subtle alternative to a darker fence covering when coordinating with an outdoor space.

## Should you buy it?

A solid pick if you want a long, fence-mounted screen for an outdoor area and value privacy alongside airflow. Its 5-by-50-foot format, UV protection, reinforced edges, grommets, and included ties make it especially suited to covering a compatible fence or railing in one continuous run. Choose it for a backyard, balcony, garden, or pool perimeter where a breathable mesh screen fits the way you use the space.
