COSLUS Kids Water Flosser C31
Product description
Four pressure settings give this kids’ water flosser a more tailored approach than a one-setting pick, with options described for ages 6+, 10+, and 12+, plus a medium mode. The cordless design and child-sized grip are aimed at making rinsing easier to fit into a bathroom routine or pack for school and travel. It also includes an orthodontic nozzle for braces care.
The controls are designed to stay simple, but changing modes takes a specific step: with the unit off, press and hold the power button until the mode indicator flashes.
Best use cases
The C31 is intended for children who need a gentler water-flossing routine, including those with braces. Its four modes offer more choice than a basic single-pressure model, while the non-slip back and one-button operation are intended to make it easier for a child to hold and use. Stickers are included for personalization, which may help make the routine feel more inviting without changing how the flosser works.
For a practical routine, a child could use it at the sink after brushing, then pack the cordless unit for an overnight trip. The product is also described as waterproof to IPX7, so it is designed for bathroom use. You’ll appreciate it if you want a portable water flosser with age-labeled pressure options and a nozzle intended for orthodontic care.
Product specs

The advertised battery life is a maximum claim, not a guaranteed schedule for every child or routine. The 150 ml tank may also mean refilling during a longer session. Overall dimensions are not provided, so storage fit is hard to judge without that measurement.
Where it shines
The main distinction is adjustability: rather than asking a child to start with one fixed pressure, the C31 offers several labeled settings. That may be useful when a child is getting used to water flossing or has braces, though the product details do not explain how to choose a setting for an individual child. Its orthodontic nozzle and soft front bristles are presented as features for cleaning around braces and delicate gums, while the compact, cordless design favors everyday portability over a larger countertop unit.
Does that make it the right pick for every child? Not necessarily. A child who prefers a larger reservoir, or an adult looking for a more configurable household device, may be better served by a different style of flosser. It may not suit you if you want a charging adapter in the box or need dimensions before deciding where it will live. The product is described as designed and recommended by pediatric dentists, but that wording does not replace advice about a child’s own oral-care needs.
Final verdict
The COSLUS C31 is worth considering when the priority is a portable, child-oriented water flosser with multiple pressure modes, a small grip, and an orthodontic nozzle. It has useful details for family travel and braces care, plus a stated 2-hour charging time and up to 30 days of use. Choose another approach if a larger tank, included adapter, or confirmed storage dimensions matter more than a compact cordless design.
