Its center hollow and raised neck contour are designed to cradle the head and neck, while the medium firmness offers a cushioned feel for nightly sleep. Rotate the pillow 180 degrees to switch between its higher and lower contours. That simple adjustment lets you choose the support height that feels more suitable to your sleep setup. ## The essentials This bed pillow is made with memory foam that gently conforms to the head and neck, creating a shaped resting surface rather than the uniform profile of a traditional flat pillow. The contoured neck area and hollow center are designed to support alignment and ease pressure on the neck, shoulders, and upper back. The foam is described as breathable, odorless, and slow to rebound, so it adapts gradually as you settle into position. The white pillow has a removable cover with a breathable, cooling feel. Its butterfly shape and two contour heights give you more than one way to position the support without adding a separate insert. Would a different contour height make your usual sleep position feel more comfortable? Turning the pillow provides a straightforward way to try the alternative. Buyers commonly highlight the pillow’s cushioning, comfort, and sense of neck support. Some also say it helps them avoid awkward head and neck positions and contributes to better sleep. These are individual impressions, but they point to the feature many shoppers are looking for: a shaped surface that supports the neck while still feeling cushioned. ## On-body feel The medium-firm memory foam is intended to conform around the head and neck without feeling like a hard, fixed block. The contoured edges create a defined place for the neck to rest, while the hollow center accommodates the head. A breathable cover adds a cooler-feeling surface for bedtime. Together, these details suit shoppers choosing between a conventional pillow and a more shaped cervical design, especially when they want to adjust the contour rather than commit to a single height. The pillow is intended for adults and sleeping use. Its design is presented for side, back, and stomach sleepers, offering a shaped support option across those positions. Individual comfort can vary with preferred posture and pillow height, so the two-sided contour is useful for finding a setup that feels right to you. ## Usage tips Start by placing the pillow with the contour height that best matches your preferred feel. If you want to try the other height, rotate it 180 degrees, the two profiles are built into the same pillow. Settle your head in the center hollow and position your neck along the raised contour. This makes the shaped design easier to use as intended, whether you sleep on your side, back, or stomach. The cover is removable, which makes it easier to take off for care. The listed care instruction for the pillow is hand wash only, so follow that guidance when cleaning it. Use the pillow indoors as part of your regular sleep setup. ## Questions before you buy **How do the two height options work?** The pillow has two different contour thicknesses. Rotate it 180 degrees to choose the higher or lower neck support profile. **What is the pillow filled with?** It has a memory foam core described as breathable, odorless, and slow to rebound. The foam is designed to conform to the head and neck. **Can it be used in different sleeping positions?** It is intended for side, back, and stomach sleepers, with the contoured shape providing a neck-support option across these positions. ## Final verdict The CosBed cervical pillow is a practical choice for adults who want a contoured memory foam surface and the flexibility to switch between two support heights. Its hollow center, raised neck contour, and removable cooling-feel cover make it a considered fit for a nightly sleep routine when shaped neck support is the priority. ## Images ![CosBed Cervical Neck Pillow, Dual-Height Memory Foam Pillow with Cooling Cover — 1](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/1W1fC7Ji3GCj-6tCYo5tYHfu5xmiIwIhoO-S4UxOzPwrJR2NfJvwzljD9GAlIYOf1mfCtP9XL03Jiz1oeXwUoWf6uKOAN4XCMiRb_MK6QjchJpuebcQzubzEFQ.jpg) ![CosBed Cervical Neck Pillow, Dual-Height Memory Foam Pillow with Cooling Cover — 2](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/9S4T22Pp52mM1g_aFWuUtn4RZpktd-eB4Mm1LdSGU5fs2DR2jKlT62Bz1ujl2nD8qypYLEm_7uBg04Jh-BZJTPIWGMZWIZRn5kFwDi_aBtsSMbPQkGVnW1QLFQ.jpg) ![CosBed Cervical Neck Pillow, Dual-Height Memory Foam Pillow with Cooling Cover — 3](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/wOdbzvzrKjQJIx78QWrG1ihU4GMuWd9iopq8O8YXX5LAS1kCOEP4L-5MOlw9DVUPGB2BHj5GZPWqiF-FcV3nHb6n5Hfmhz5T9lObjDX4nhg9ZJINX9nfLQa_eg.jpg) ![CosBed Cervical Neck Pillow, Dual-Height Memory Foam Pillow with Cooling Cover — 4](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/6vo5Cn2R4qwJQB8xSTUaK1UPfeDFz0EdpXb8YsQ1U8IghONcd7q4lZWEin7p0SXBSXJm68nJGOSSJLakbJ0JDAR0aJf19Up2L_fVGwsfyYF-bpw8P0SJ7dBzPw.jpg) ![CosBed Cervical Neck Pillow, Dual-Height Memory Foam Pillow with Cooling Cover — 5](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/C6A9FNAtCbiCVGtcLXPzpotuCi_-kxmgpWMZzY5WUrBMO4-mirP_JaJkQL-3nLrL9Vg9EXkbrKszzYCUb8RVCkapBqD01FUWdm5ljaMlhz7vTveSpPUUx0M4xw.jpg)
