## Description

Made from PVC, the Core Balance exercise ball is available in 55cm, 65cm, 75cm, and 85cm sizes. Its unstable surface adds a balance challenge to movements such as bridges, crunches, yoga, and Pilates, while anti-slip lines help the ball grip smooth flooring.

Use it for focused home workouts, or choose a stability ball for a different kind of desk seating. The included pump and tape measure help with setup, and the size guide can help you select a ball suited to your height and intended exercises.

## Technical overview

The ball is designed for exercise and fitness, including core work, stretching, and balance training. When you sit, lie, or lean on it, maintaining your position engages stabilizing muscles along with the muscles targeted by the movement. That makes it useful for adapting familiar exercises, from bridges to dumbbell workouts, without changing the basic routine.

Its anti-burst construction is designed to deflate gradually if punctured rather than burst suddenly. Anti-slip lines add grip on smooth floors, an especially practical detail when the ball is used for seated or floor-based exercises. Buyers often praise its ease of inflation and usefulness for workouts and stretching, feedback on air retention, durability, and whether the size matches expectations is mixed.

## Usage tips

Choose a size using the product’s size guide and your height, then inflate the ball with the included pump. The manufacturer recommends initially inflating it to 80% of its recommended size, leaving it for 24 hours, and then completing inflation. Use it in a spacious area free of obstacles, particularly for exercises that involve leaning, rolling, or changing position.

For a home routine, the ball can add a balance component to crunches and bridges or support yoga and Pilates movements. It can also serve as a seat at a desk, offering a different posture and balance challenge than a standard chair. For prenatal exercise or physical therapy, use it only for movements appropriate to your individual needs and guidance.

## Box contents

The exercise ball comes with a hand pump and tape measure. Together, these make it easier to inflate the ball and check its size during setup, so you can prepare it for workouts, stretching, or use as a seat.

## Is it worth it?

This ball brings several uses into one piece of home fitness equipment: core and balance exercises, yoga and Pilates, stretching, and alternative seating. The choice of four sizes helps match the ball to different users and routines, while its textured grip and gradual-deflation design address practical considerations for floor-based training. It suits you if you want a versatile PVC exercise ball for regular home movement and value having the pump and tape measure ready for setup.
