## Description

Choose a workout aid that adds balance challenges, or a versatile ball that can also support stretching and seated movement. The Core Balance Exercise Ball is designed for both. Its anti-burst PVC construction and textured grip support a range of home exercises, while the included pump and tape measure help with setup.

## Everyday use
Use the ball for crunches, bridges, yoga, Pilates, stretching, or exercises with dumbbells. Because sitting, lying, or leaning on an exercise ball creates an unstable surface, these movements also call on your body to maintain balance. That makes it a useful option for adding a stability element to a home workout without relying on a single-purpose exercise aid.

It can also serve as an alternative to a conventional office chair or as a birthing ball for prenatal exercises. For physical therapy routines, its exercise-ball format accommodates movements that work on balance and core strength. Choose the size that suits your use from the listed 55 cm, 65 cm, 75 cm, and 85 cm options. When inflating, the manufacturer recommends starting at 80% of the recommended size, leaving the ball for 24 hours, then finishing inflation. Use it in a clear space free of obstacles.

## Where it shines
The ball’s anti-slip lines are designed to provide grip on smooth floors, helping it stay in place during floor-based exercises. Its anti-burst PVC is designed to deflate gradually if punctured rather than burst suddenly. The manufacturer lists a weight capacity of 250 kg, giving you a clear reference when choosing equipment for your routine.

A practical session might combine bridges and crunches with yoga or stretching, using the same ball throughout instead of switching between several types of equipment. It can also bring movement into a desk routine when used as a seat. Buyers often praise its ease of inflation and versatility for workouts, stretching, pregnancy, and physical therapy. Feedback on air retention and size is mixed, so follow the size guidance when selecting the option for your needs.
