## Description

Made from PVC, the Core Balance exercise ball supports a range of movement and fitness routines. Choose from 55cm, 65cm, 75cm, or 85cm sizes to suit your workout. Its anti-slip lines help provide grip on smooth flooring. A pump and tape measure are included for inflation.

The ball’s rounded, unstable surface engages your core as you sit, lean, or lie on it. That makes it useful for exercises that call for balance as well as movement, including crunches, bridges, stretching, yoga, and Pilates. Anti-burst construction is designed to deflate gradually if punctured, while the textured lines help keep the ball steady during workouts on smooth floors.

## Requirements
Inflate the ball with the included hand pump, using the tape measure to help reach the recommended size. For best results, the manufacturer suggests inflating it to 80% of its recommended size, leaving it for 24 hours, and then completing inflation. Set it up in a large, obstacle-free space, particularly when using it for floor exercises. Choosing the size suited to your height helps you work out in a comfortable position, the product offers four size options, from 55cm through 85cm.

## Who it’s for
This ball suits adults building a versatile home workout setup. Use it for core and balance exercises, or bring it into yoga, Pilates, dumbbell routines, and stretching. Because it can serve as a seat as well as an exercise tool, it also offers a different approach from equipment dedicated to just one workout: you can use the same ball for desk sitting and movement sessions. It is also described for pregnancy exercises and physical therapy, where a stability ball can support guided movement and stretching.

Buyers commonly praise its ease of inflation and use, and describe it as useful across workouts, pregnancy, and physical therapy. Feedback on air retention and size is mixed, so follow the inflation guidance and select the size option that fits your intended use.

## Practical questions
**What exercises can you do with this ball?** Use it for crunches, bridges, yoga, Pilates, stretching, and dumbbell workouts. Its unstable surface adds a balance challenge and engages core stabilizer muscles.

**What comes with the exercise ball?** It includes a hand pump and tape measure to help with inflation and sizing.

**Can it be used as a chair?** Yes. It can be used as an office chair as well as for fitness, yoga, and Pilates routines.

## Final verdict
For adults who want one piece of equipment for both seated use and varied movement, the Core Balance ball brings together anti-burst PVC construction, grip lines, and multiple size choices. Its range of uses—from core exercises and stretching to desk sitting—makes it a practical fit for a home gym or a flexible fitness routine.
