Cordless Shower Lamp with IP65 Protection

Where it shines

When a bathroom outlet is inconvenient—or you want softer light than an overhead fixture provides—this cordless lamp offers a portable alternative. Its IP65 rating and touch dimming are intended for damp settings, while the rechargeable battery means you can move it between a bathroom, bedroom, patio, or campsite without keeping it plugged in.

Set it beside the tub for a low glow while you unwind, then raise the brightness when you need more light at a vanity. The touch control adjusts brightness from 5% to 100%, so you can tailor the output rather than choosing between a single dim setting and full brightness.

Highlights

The lamp has a 5200mAh rechargeable battery. The listing states a 3–4-hour charge time and 12–48 hours of use per charge, depending on brightness. That range matters: lower output may suit ambient lighting for longer stretches, while brighter use will draw more power. It’s a useful setup for a reading nook, patio table, or a short camping trip where a cord would be awkward, though the product details don’t explain how battery performance varies in each setting.

Its IP65 rating is presented as protection against splashes, bathroom steam, and humid air. That makes it more relevant to damp surroundings than an ordinary indoor table lamp, but the listing does not describe it as submersible. Keep it out of bathwater and away from places where it could fall into water. The small table-lamp format also means it’s better suited to nearby accent or task lighting than to lighting an entire room.

If you prioritize flexible placement and adjustable ambient light, this cordless design has a clear use case, if you prefer a permanently powered fixture for sustained task lighting, a plug-in lamp may suit that job better. Worth considering if you want one rechargeable light to move between indoor and outdoor settings. Better avoided if you need a dedicated bathroom fixture or a lamp you can leave submerged.

Best use cases

Use the dimmer to keep the light low during a bath, then increase it for a quick look at items on a counter. On a patio or at a campsite, its cordless design removes the need to position it near an outlet. The same portability can be handy in a bedroom, but the listing doesn’t provide physical dimensions, so it’s hard to judge how much counter or shelf space it will take up without that measurement.

The product description also cites a 30,000-hour light lifespan, but gives no details about how that figure was determined. Treat it as a listed specification, not a guarantee of how long the lamp will last in everyday use. For basic care, keep the lamp clear of standing water and follow the included charging instructions, no cleaning method or charging-port protection details are provided.

Final verdict

This lamp makes the most sense as a portable accent light: it combines touch-controlled dimming, a 5200mAh battery, and an IP65 rating for use around splashes and humidity. The long stated runtime range is appealing, but depends on brightness, and the missing dimensions make fit harder to judge before purchase. Choose it for flexible, cordless lighting around a bathroom or on a patio, look elsewhere if you need a fixed fixture, room-wide illumination, or confirmed suitability for immersion.
