## Description

This COMFIER back massager cushion combines deep-kneading massage nodes with optional heat to relieve tense muscles in the lower and upper back, making it useful for use at home, in the office, or on a recliner. It delivers adjustable lumbar support and multiple massage modes so you can target pain relief during work breaks or relaxation time.

## Key Points

The cushion includes vibration and shiatsu-style rolling to work both the lower back and shoulder area. Heat can be switched on to help soothe stiffness according to the manufacturer, and intensity levels can be adjusted to match your comfort. It is powered via an adapter that allows use on standard chairs and recliners, and the design straps to most seatbacks for a secure fit. Keep in mind the massager is intended for short sessions, and may not replace professional therapy for chronic conditions.

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **COMFIER Back Massager with Heat**
- Brand: **COMFIER**
- Power source: electric adapter
- Functions: rolling massage, vibration, heat
- Fit: adjustable straps for chairs and recliners

## Advantages

Using this seat cushion can reduce muscle tension after long periods of sitting and can add lumbar support without changing your chair. The multiple modes make it flexible for light daily relaxation or spot treatment after physical effort. It is relatively compact, so moving it between the home office, living room recliner, or dining chair is straightforward.

## Usage Recommendations

Place the cushion against the chair back and secure the straps before starting a session. Start on a low intensity and increase gradually to avoid discomfort. For safety, follow the manufacturer's guidance on maximum continuous use and do not use the heat function while unattended. If you have implanted medical devices or specific health conditions, consult a healthcare professional before using the massager.
