## Description

For at-home shoulder recovery, the Comfcube Shoulder Ice Pack Wrap keeps cold therapy in place while you rest or move through daily activities. Its flexible design contours to the shoulder and stays soft after freezing. Two adjustable straps secure the wrap without requiring you to hold it in place. It fits either shoulder and is designed for up to two hours of cold retention.

## Specifications
- Type: Reusable shoulder cold therapy wrap
- Cold retention: Up to 2 hours
- Fit: Chest circumference of 35 to 51 inches, arm circumference of 11 to 19.6 inches
- Straps: Two adjustable Velcro straps
- Material: Milk fiber silk
- Target area: Shoulder
- Intended uses: Tendinitis, swelling, strains, sprains, muscle soreness, and recovery after shoulder surgery

The hands-free fit provides a practical alternative to a loose ice pack that needs to be held or repositioned. The wrap is shaped to cover the shoulder and bicep area, while its flexible material follows the shoulder’s contours. Adjustable straps let you secure it yourself, and the same wrap can be worn on the left or right shoulder. That makes it useful during a quiet rest period or while handling light daily tasks.

## Practical tips
Freeze the wrap for at least three hours before use to help it stay cold longer. Use a tape measure to check your chest and arm circumferences against the listed fit range, then adjust the straps so the wrap sits securely. Apply cold therapy for no more than 20 minutes at a time, and check your skin frequently during use. These steps help make each session easier to manage as part of a recovery routine.

Customers often highlight the wrap’s cold retention, comfortable fit, flexibility, and ease of putting it on and taking it off. Some also describe it as conforming well around the shoulder and bicep. Feedback on durability is mixed: while some customers report extended use, others mention early wear. These comments reflect individual experiences rather than a guarantee of a particular result.

## Box contents
A sealable PE storage bag is included for storing the wrap between sessions and helping isolate refrigerator odors. Keeping the wrap in the bag gives it a dedicated place in the freezer or refrigerator and helps keep it separate from surrounding items.

## When it makes sense
This wrap is designed for people seeking targeted cold therapy for a sore or recovering shoulder, including after an injury or surgery. Its adjustable, hands-free design is especially useful when you want shoulder coverage without continually holding an ice pack in place. The reusable format and ability to fit either side also suit a recovery routine that calls for repeat sessions. For shoulder-focused care, it combines a contoured fit, flexible material, and extended cold retention in one wearable wrap.
