## Description

For lifters who want extra grip support during deadlifts, rows, shrugs, pull-ups, and other strength exercises, these COFOF wrist straps pair double-layer leather with adjustable, padded wrist wraps. The design helps take pressure off the hands and wrists while you work with a bar or training equipment.

A widened neoprene pad sits around the wrist, with added padding by the D-shaped metal ring clasp. The hook-and-loop closure lets you adjust the fit and fasten or remove the straps yourself.

The set includes a pair, so you can use a strap on each hand during a workout. The blue leather construction gives this lifting aid a distinct look, while the one-size design uses an adjustable wrist wrap.

## Fit and sizing

The adjustable closure is designed for wrist circumferences from 6.3 to 8 inches. The leather strap measures 8.07 inches long, and the padded neoprene section measures 7.48 inches long and 2.56 inches wide. The leather has a double-layer sewn construction, listed at 0.19 inches thick, the neoprene padding is 0.2 inches thick. These measurements help you assess the fit and wrap style before adding the straps to your training routine.

## What you’ll notice day to day

When grip is the focus during a set, a lifting strap can help take some pressure off your hands and wrists. The leather strap and hook-and-loop wrist fastening work together to provide a secure wrap, while the widened neoprene pad and cushioning near the ring add contact padding. That combination makes the pair useful for pulling movements such as deadlifts, barbell rows, and shrugs, as well as strength training and bodybuilding sessions.

Would a padded wrist wrap be useful across different exercises in your routine? Buyers often praise the comfort, grip, wrist support, and fit, and some describe using the straps with gym machines and other equipment. These are customer impressions, not a substitute for choosing a fit that feels secure for your own training. For day-to-day use, fasten the wrap around the wrist and position the strap for the exercise at hand.
