## Description

This handheld cocktail smoker kit brings a smoky aroma to drinks and small dishes, adding an immediate layer of flavor for entertaining or quiet nights at home. It combines a compact torch and a wooden smoker canister so you can infuse bourbon, whiskey, cheese, or charcuterie with distinct wood notes quickly and with control.

## Key Points

The kit includes tools to create cold smoke for cocktails and light food smoking without needing a full smoker. It is built around an oak smoking canister that holds wood chips and directs smoke over the glass or plate. Using smoke concentrates the scent and flavor of the wood, making a classic Old Fashioned or a tasting flight feel more interactive.

This set comes with multiple accessories so you can experiment right away. There are six varieties of wood chips to compare aromatic profiles, plus metal filters and a wooden spoon to manage the chips. Note that the torch is sold without butane, and you will need to supply a standard butane cartridge before first use. 🔥

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **Aumpkin Cocktail Smoker Kit**
- Materials: - **Oak wood smoker** and metal accessories.
- Includes: - Spoon, tongs, torch (without butane), two metal filters, cleaning brush, ice mold, six stone ice cubes, and lid for smoker.
- Wood chip flavors: - Bourbon, whiskey, and four additional wood varieties, totaling 6 flavors.
- Power/fuel: - Torch requires refillable butane cartridge as not included.

## Usage Recommendations

Light a small pile of wood chips with the torch and allow them to smolder until they produce cold smoke. Cover the cocktail glass briefly to capture the aroma, then lift and stir gently to balance the smoke with the drink. For food, expose the item to smoke in a covered container for a few minutes to impart taste without cooking.

Consider testing each wood flavor with a small sample pour or a sliver of cheese to learn how the smoke interacts with sweetness, bitterness, and alcohol. The torch may need an initial adjustment after refilling with butane. If lighting does not occur immediately, adjust the black control at the torch base according to the included guidance and try again. 🍷🥃
