## Description

## How it fits
For a quick eye-area refresh before makeup or a busy day, CITYGOO Instant Lift Eye Gel adds a targeted smoothing step to your routine. Its silicate-based tightening system creates a temporary tightening effect that helps visibly smooth the under-eye area and reduce the look of puffiness, bags, fine lines, and wrinkles in 1–3 minutes. The gel can be worn on its own or followed by skincare and makeup once it has fully set.

Apply it to clean, completely dry skin. Use a rice-grain amount under each eye and spread it into a thin, even layer. Keep your expression relaxed while the gel dries, using more product or rubbing the area afterward may affect the finish. This focused application makes the gel a practical choice when you want a visible smoothing step without changing the rest of your routine.

## Why it’s worth it
The formula pairs its temporary tightening effect with Marine Algae, a Peptide Complex, and Hydrolyzed Collagen. Together, these ingredients are intended to support a smoother, refreshed-looking eye area, while the lightweight gel texture is designed to feel comfortable on delicate under-eye skin. That gives the product a dual role: a quick cosmetic finish for the appearance of puffiness and fine lines, plus skincare ingredients for a more complete eye-care step.

Compared with relying on makeup alone to soften the look of under-eye bags, this gel is applied directly to clean skin and allowed to set before makeup. It also works by itself when you want a pared-back routine. Buyers commonly describe the texture as smooth and lightweight, and some appreciate that it feels moisturizing without a greasy-looking finish. Those are individual impressions, but they may help shoppers who prefer a less rich-feeling eye product.
