## Description

Made with 70% neoprene, 15% polyester, and 15% nylon, the Cimkiz men's sauna vest combines a compression fit with a workout-focused design. An adjustable outer belt, front zipper, and shoulder snaps help you set up the vest for training, while the neoprene layer is designed to retain warmth and encourage sweating during activity.

Wear it for gym sessions, cardio, running, or basketball, either on its own or under everyday clothing. It’s a more focused choice than a basic workout shirt when you want compression around the waist as part of your exercise layer.

## Tips for day-to-day use

Measure your waist and use the vest’s size chart before choosing a size. Sauna vest sizing differs from regular clothing sizing, so selecting by your usual shirt size alone may not give the intended fit. The elastic fabric and adjustable outer belt let you adapt the compression around your midsection, and the zipper makes the vest straightforward to put on and take off.

For moderate- to high-intensity exercise, the manufacturer advises limiting wear to no more than 1.5 hours and staying hydrated before, during, and after activity. A practical session might be a cardio workout at the gym: wear the vest as your compression layer, then remove it after training. The vest can also be worn beneath a shirt, tracksuit, or workwear when you want it under your regular clothes.

The manufacturer recommends soaking the vest in cold water and airing it out after arrival to address the characteristic odor of the material. Allow it to ventilate before wearing it for a workout.

## What you’ll notice day to day

The neoprene construction provides abdominal compression and warmth, while the adjustable belt helps secure the fit during movement. Shoulder snaps are designed to help keep the shoulders straight, and the vest’s flexible fabric follows the body’s contours. These details make it suited to workouts where you want a close-fitting layer rather than a loose top.

Customer feedback often highlights the vest’s sweat-retaining feel and usefulness for cardio and gym sessions, with comfort also praised. Fit feedback is mixed, which makes waist measurement and the size chart especially useful. Some buyers also report concerns with zipper strength, durability, and odor, so careful handling and airing the vest are practical parts of regular use.
