CHOVE HS85A Heated Socks with App Control and Dual 8500mAh Batteries
Product description
Getting the most from it
Four adjustable heat levels let you choose the warmth that suits the activity, while app control makes adjustments possible without taking off your boots. The battery packs also have buttons for direct control, and the app displays battery status. For a winter hike, ski day, or time outdoors, set the warmth and timer before heading out, then adjust as needed.
The 3D carbon-fiber heating elements wrap around the toe area for warmth across the toes. Their integrated, ultra-thin design fits into the sock fabric, and the manufacturer states they heat up in 10 seconds. Compared with relying on insulated socks alone, the HS85A adds adjustable electric heating, so you can select from four settings rather than depending only on layers.

Where it shines
These socks are designed for outdoor activities where cold feet can distract from the day, including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, hunting, camping, fishing, cycling, and skating. The toe-focused heating is especially relevant in boots, while the app and battery-pack controls give you two ways to adjust settings. A one-size, high-stretch design is intended for men and women and to stay in place in winter boots.
They also suit outdoor work or extended time at a cold-weather event when adjustable warmth is useful. The timer offers set intervals from 15 to 90 minutes, and the app’s battery-status display helps you keep track of the packs as you plan your outing. For care, remove the batteries and place the socks in the included washing bag before machine washing, hand washing is also an option.
Before you decide
How do you adjust the heat? Use the app to choose among four heat levels and five timer settings, or use the buttons on the battery packs. The app also displays battery status.
How long do the batteries provide warmth? The two 8500mAh rechargeable batteries provide up to 15 hours on the low setting. Actual use depends on the selected heat level.
Can the socks be washed? Yes. Remove the batteries first, then use the included sock washing bag for machine washing, or hand wash the socks.
Is it worth it?
It makes sense if you want more than a conventional thermal sock for cold-weather outings: the CHOVE HS85A combines adjustable toe heating, app or pack-button control, and two rechargeable batteries in a one-size design for men and women. Choose it for skiing, hiking, hunting, or other outdoor plans where you want to tailor warmth while keeping your boots on.
