## Description

Made from solid stainless steel, these short M6 step bolts are designed to fasten a side shelf to a Blackstone griddle. The four-piece set gives you replacement hardware for a shelf mounting point. Their step-bolt design provides a snug fit for stable shelf support. Use them when replacing the short M6 bolts on a compatible griddle.

## Size & fit

These bolts are intended for Blackstone side shelves on a range of 36-inch, 28-inch, and 22-inch griddles. Listed examples include 36-inch models 2177, 1868, 2149, 2151, and 2256, 28-inch models 1785, 1901, 1916, 1962, 1963, 2311, 2316, 2403, and 2257, and 22-inch models 2022, 2224, 2272, 2306, and 2250. The stated fit also covers several griddle lines, including Patio, Original, Omnivore, Culinary Pro, Pro Series, Select, XL, On The Go, and Adventure Ready.

Before installation, match the replacement to the original short M6 step bolt and your griddle model. This is a purpose-specific option for side-shelf mounting, if you are shopping for general-purpose fasteners, check that their size and shape suit the same shelf connection. For a typical replacement, position the side shelf at its mounting points and tighten the bolts to secure it to the griddle.

## Why it’s worth it

A side shelf is useful for keeping grilling essentials close at hand, and its mounting hardware helps hold it in place during outdoor cooking. These solid stainless-steel step bolts are made for that specific shelf connection rather than being presented as a broad assortment of screws. Their stated design is intended to withstand outdoor conditions such as sun, wind, and rain, as well as the heat associated with grilling.

The four-pack is practical when you need replacement bolts for a shelf mounting job. The snug-fit design supports a stable attachment, while the simple tighten-to-install approach keeps the task straightforward. If a shelf is loose because its short M6 bolts need replacing, this set provides matching-style hardware for the listed compatible griddle models.
