The upright lid design keeps counters cleaner while cooking and avoids placing hot lids directly on surfaces.
Usage Recommendations
For longevity, use wooden or silicone utensils and avoid abrasive cleaners to protect the ceramic coating. Consider removing the handles before placing pieces in the oven, and stack the pans without handles to save up to approximately 70% of storage space, according to the manufacturer. Note that ceramic coatings can show wear over time if exposed to high heat or metal utensils, so moderate heat and gentle care will extend performance.
