CAPALOCA Blackout Curtains 90 Inch

Highlights

These CAPALOCA curtains are aimed at shoppers who want a tailored, textured look while cutting daylight in a living room or bedroom. The listing describes a linen-blend face fabric backed with a blackout lining, plus pinch pleats that give the panel a more structured drape than a simple flat curtain. Each panel measures 60 inches wide by 90 inches long, and the package includes one panel—not a pair—so plan the number you need around the window or sliding glass door you want to cover. The neutral Burlywood Birch color is intended to work with modern, farmhouse, or traditional decor, though the listing notes that screen settings and lighting can affect how the shade appears.

The blackout lining is presented as blocking sunlight and UV rays, and the layered construction is also described as helping with insulation and outside noise. Those benefits may matter in a bright room or near a glass door, but the listing does not provide test conditions or a noise-reduction rating. Keep that distinction in mind if you need a specific level of darkness or sound control.

Care & maintenance

The curtains are listed as machine washable, with low-temperature ironing permitted. That makes routine care more straightforward than for some structured window treatments, although the care details do not specify a wash cycle or drying method. The pinch pleats are part of the look, so handle the panel in a way that helps preserve their shape rather than treating it like an unstructured piece of fabric.

Keep in mind that the stated length may vary by 1 inch. If a close fit matters, measure the hanging area before choosing a panel, without that measurement, the finished coverage may not match what you expect. The product information also warns of possible color differences from lighting or monitor settings.

Practical tips

There are four listed hanging approaches: ring hooks, back tabs, clip rings, and a track system. The package includes 12 hooks for the ring-hook method. That flexibility is useful if you want the same pleated panel to work with different hardware, but check that your existing setup suits one of these methods before ordering, the listing does not describe the hardware requirements for every option.

For a sliding glass door, consider the full area you want covered rather than measuring only the glass. One 60-inch-wide panel may suit a narrower opening or a one-sided arrangement, while a wider span or fuller look may call for more coverage. For example, a panel beside a living-room slider can soften the doorway and limit incoming light when drawn, while the pleats keep the fabric looking more composed when open. A solid pick if you want a single, textured blackout panel with several hanging options. Not the best choice if you need a complete matching pair in one package or must meet a precise sound-reduction target.

Practical doubts

Does the package include two curtains? No. The listing says each package contains one panel, so account for that when covering a wider window or creating a pair.

Can it be hung without ring hooks? Yes. Back tabs, clip rings, and a track system are also listed as hanging options, 12 hooks are included for ring-hook hanging.

Is the fabric pure linen? The description identifies it as a linen blend with a blackout lining, not as 100% linen.

Should you buy it?

Choose this CAPALOCA panel if you want a linen-blend appearance, pinch-pleat styling, blackout lining, and flexibility in how it hangs. Its single-panel format is the main practical catch: it works well when one panel is enough, but covering a broad door or making a matched pair means accounting for additional coverage. If exact color, finished length, or a measurable level of noise reduction is essential, the available details may not answer those needs. For everyday light control and a more tailored look, its stated size and multiple hanging methods make it worth considering once you have measured the space.
