## Description

The 600 thread count sateen weave gives these king cotton sheets a smooth feel and subtle sheen, bringing a polished look to the bed along with the natural breathability of cotton. The fabric is made from 100% long-staple cotton, and the set carries the Good Housekeeping Seal.

In Cool Taupe, the color has warm beige undertones for a soft, neutral look. The four-piece set includes a flat sheet, a fitted sheet, and two king pillowcases.

## What to know

The fitted sheet has a 16-inch pocket and all-around elastic, designed to fit mattresses from 8 to 16 inches deep. Top-and-bottom indicator tags help orient it during bed making, while the smooth sateen finish gives the bedding a gentle luster rather than a matte look. If you’re choosing between a crisp, matte sheet feel and a smoother finish, which better suits your bed? This set is the sateen option, with a balanced feel described as both substantial and breathable.

The pillowcases have an open-end design, and the Cool Taupe shade pairs easily with a range of neutral bedding colors. The fabric is tested for shrinkage, pilling, and fading, and carries the OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 label. Together, these details make the set suited to everyday bedding with a more refined finish.

## Care & maintenance

Machine wash the sheets in warm water and tumble dry on low. Remove them promptly from the dryer to help reduce wrinkles. The fabric is described as becoming softer after washing, so regular laundering is part of enjoying its smooth cotton feel. Following the care instructions helps keep the set ready for routine use through the seasons.

## Practical tips

When making the bed, use the fitted sheet’s top-and-bottom tags to orient it, then stretch the all-around elastic over the mattress edges for a secure fit. Its stated fit range is 8 to 16 inches deep, making mattress depth a useful detail to check when selecting a fitted sheet. The set’s dimensions are suited to a king bed, and the two king pillowcases complete the coordinated look.

For a weekend reset, the four pieces provide the main sheets and matching pillowcases in one set. The smooth sateen surface and understated taupe tone can also work well when you want bedding that looks finished without a bold pattern. Compared with choosing separate pieces, a matching set keeps the bed coordinated from the flat sheet to the pillowcases.

## When it makes sense

This set makes sense for a king bed when you want 100% cotton, a smooth sateen weave, and a fitted sheet designed for mattresses 8 to 16 inches deep. It’s a practical choice for everyday use across the seasons, with machine-washable care and a neutral shade that fits easily into a calm bedroom palette. The long-staple cotton, all-around elastic, and included king pillowcases bring together the details that matter for a comfortable, coordinated bed.
