## Description

A smooth 600-thread-count sateen weave gives these California King sheets a soft feel and subtle sheen, while 100% long-staple cotton brings breathable comfort to the bed. The set pairs a fitted sheet with all-around elastic and a 16-inch pocket with a flat sheet and two pillowcases, creating a coordinated foundation for one California King mattress.

The white, solid-color finish suits a classic bedroom look and is easy to pair with other bedding. Machine-washable cotton makes everyday care straightforward.

## What matters most

The fabric is made from 100% long-staple cotton in a sateen weave. Its smooth hand and gentle luster offer a different feel from bedding chosen for a more textured finish. Want a polished, soft-feeling surface for nightly use? This set brings that character to a simple, solid white design. The cotton is naturally breathable, so it’s suited to year-round bedding, and the fabric is tested for shrinkage, pilling, and fading.

A Good Housekeeping Seal backs the independently tested fabric, and the sheets carry OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certification. Together with machine-washable construction, these details make the set a practical choice for a frequently used bed without giving up the refined look of sateen.

## Fit and sizing

This set is designed for one California King mattress, not a Split King. The fitted sheet measures 72 by 84 inches and has a 16-inch pocket, with elastic around the full edge for a secure fit on mattresses 8 to 16 inches deep. Top and bottom indicator tags help orient the sheet during bed making.

The flat sheet measures 108 by 106 inches. Two king-size pillowcases measure 21 by 40 inches and have an open-end design. In total, the set contains four pieces: one fitted sheet, one flat sheet, and two pillowcases.

## Tips for day-to-day use

Wash the sheets in warm water and tumble dry on low. Removing them promptly from the dryer can help reduce wrinkles. For a smooth, cohesive bed, use the fitted sheet’s orientation tags to position it before securing the all-around elastic, then finish with the flat sheet and matching pillowcases.

The choice here is a cotton sateen surface with a smooth, softly lustrous feel rather than bedding selected for a different weave or texture. The solid white color keeps the look versatile, while the durable, tested fabric and familiar machine-wash care suit regular rotation.

## Questions before you buy

**What comes in the California King set?** It includes one fitted sheet, one flat sheet, and two king-size pillowcases, for four pieces total.

**What mattress depth does the fitted sheet fit?** Its 16-inch pocket is designed for mattresses 8 to 16 inches deep. The set is sized for a standard California King mattress, not a Split King.

**How should the sheets be cared for?** Machine wash in warm water and tumble dry on low. Remove the sheets promptly to help reduce wrinkles.

## Final verdict

For a California King bed, this set combines long-staple cotton, a smooth sateen finish, and a deep-pocket fitted sheet with all-around elastic. It’s a fitting choice for shoppers who want breathable cotton bedding in a classic white style, with a coordinated four-piece set and straightforward machine-wash care.
