Cake Topper, Thick Cardboard

When you want the dessert table to make the guest of honor feel like the center of the celebration, a small themed detail can do the job without adding another centerpiece. This cake topper uses the phrase “She is the Cherry on Top” and a glitter finish to give a cake, pie, or dessert platter a playful focal point. It’s also described for cupcakes, muffins, brownies, cheese platters, and fruit displays, so you can carry the cherry theme across more than one part of the spread. The package includes one piece, which makes this a single accent rather than a set for decorating every dessert.

How to use it

Place the topper in the center of a cake or pie, or use it to draw attention to one platter among several. For a birthday or bachelorette party, for example, it could mark the main cake while smaller desserts stay simple, at a baby shower, a fruit display could echo the same theme. The product description says it has a pick or a stable base, but it doesn’t specify which support style this particular piece uses. Check the item details for that before planning where it will stand. No dimensions are provided, so you can’t judge the scale of the decoration without that measurement.

The thick cardboard is described as sturdy enough to stand upright in cakes, pies, or dessert platters. Still, this is a decorative topper, not a serving tool, and the listing doesn’t provide care or reuse instructions. If you need matching decorations for several cupcakes, a multi-piece set is a different approach, this one is meant to make one dessert or display stand out.

Pros

• The “She is the Cherry on Top” wording gives the decoration a clear celebratory message.
• The glitter finish adds visual detail without requiring a larger table display.
• Its listed uses extend beyond cake to pies, brownies, muffins, cheese, and fruit.
• Worth considering if you want one cherry-themed accent for a birthday, bachelorette party, baby shower, anniversary, or summer gathering.

A practical detail: set the cake out with the topper already in place, then use the surrounding fruit or desserts to pick up the theme. That keeps the decorated centerpiece easy to spot without needing every item on the table to match. It’s not for you if you need a coordinated pack of multiple toppers or need exact dimensions to plan a tightly arranged display.

Is it worth it?

This is a straightforward choice when the goal is a single message-led accent, rather than a full set of matching party decor. The phrase makes the intended mood clear, and the listed uses give it some flexibility across cakes and other dessert or snack displays. But the missing dimensions and unspecified support style matter if you’re choosing a precise spot or need the topper to fit a particular cake. If a one-piece decoration suits your setup and you’re comfortable confirming those details before planning the display, it can add a focused cherry-themed touch. If you need several pieces or dependable size information upfront, a set with those details listed would be a better fit.
