## Description

Made with naturally absorbent cornstarch, Burt’s Bees Baby Dusting Powder offers a talc-free way to help keep delicate skin feeling soft and dry.

The 7.5-ounce powder comes in a three-pack, with a mild, clean scent for bath time and diaper changes.

Its 100% natural-origin formula is pediatrician tested and formulated without parabens, phthalates, petrolatum, or SLS.

## Strengths

Cornstarch gives this dusting powder its moisture-absorbing role, making it useful after a bath or during a diaper change when skin needs to feel fresh and comfortable. The powder is also described as providing gentle comfort for diaper-rash care, so it can fit into a regular changing-table routine as well as post-bath care.

For caregivers choosing between talc-based powders and a cornstarch option, this formula is explicitly talc-free. Its mild, clean scent adds a light fragrance, while the powder format suits routines focused on absorbing dampness rather than applying a cream. The product is hypoallergenic and pediatrician tested, its formulation is described as clinically shown to be non-irritating. These details make it a considered choice for families looking for a powder developed for delicate baby skin.

## Key takeaways

This is a 100% natural-origin baby dusting powder made with naturally absorbent cornstarch. It is formulated without parabens, phthalates, petrolatum, or SLS, and it has a mild, clean scent. The 7.5-ounce size is offered as a pack of three, providing multiple containers for a changing area, bath-time supplies, or a diaper bag.

Buyer feedback often highlights the soft feel, pleasant scent, and fresh, dry feeling after use. Opinions are not uniform: some buyers report skin irritation, and comments about absorbency vary. Those personal experiences are not a substitute for the product’s stated formulation and testing details, but they can help set expectations when choosing a baby-care powder.

## Getting the most from it

The powder is intended for topical use on baby’s skin to absorb dampness after bath time or between diaper changes. The product directions describe smoothing it onto the skin and reapplying as needed. Keeping a container near the changing table makes it convenient to include in diaper changes, a separate one can also be kept with bath-time essentials or packed in a diaper bag for care away from home.

A powder is a practical fit when the goal is to absorb moisture and leave skin feeling soft, while a cream-centered routine serves a different application preference. Here, the cornstarch-based powder format, talc-free formula, and mild scent bring those needs together in one everyday baby-care product.

## When it makes sense

It suits you if you want a talc-free powder for bath-time or diaper-change routines, with cornstarch to absorb dampness and a gentle, clean scent. The three-pack is also useful for placing this baby-care staple where it is most convenient—at home near the changing area, with bath supplies, or in a diaper bag. For caregivers prioritizing a powder format and a natural-origin formula, Burt’s Bees Baby Dusting Powder offers a clearly defined role in keeping baby’s skin feeling soft, fresh, and dry.
