## Description

This Bowflex SelectTech Adjustable Weights set offers a versatile and space-saving solution for home fitness, allowing users to customize resistance from 3.5 to 18 kg with six preset options. Designed to replace full racks of traditional Russian weights, it provides effective strength and cardio training without requiring a large footprint.

## Key Points
The Bowflex SelectTech Adjustable Weights deliver precise resistance control with six clearly marked settings—3.5, 5.5, 9, 11, 16, and 18 kg—so users can tailor workouts to their fitness level. Each weight features a secure, ergonomic grip that reduces hand fatigue during dynamic movements. The quick-adjust mechanism enables smooth transitions between loads, helping maintain momentum during high-intensity sessions.

## Technical Specifications
- **Weight Range:** 3.5 kg to 18 kg
- **Adjustment Options:** 6 preset weights
- **Material:** Durable steel and powder-coated finish
- **Design:** Compact, one-unit system that replaces traditional weight racks
- **Grip:** Anti-slip, ergonomic handle for secure hold
- **Use Case:** Suitable for functional training, squats, presses, core exercises, and bodyweight swings

## Benefits
This adjustable weight system supports a wide range of exercises, from foundational strength routines to full-body functional workouts. The ability to switch resistance mid-session allows for progressive overload, which is essential for building muscle and endurance. The design eliminates the need for multiple sets of dumbbells or a bulky rack, making it ideal for small spaces.

## Usage Recommendations
For best results, use the weights during structured routines that include compound movements such as squats, lunges, and presses. Pair with a stable surface to ensure safety during dynamic exercises. Adjust the weight gradually as your fitness progresses to avoid overexertion. Always maintain proper form to prevent strain, especially when performing high-repetition or fast-paced routines.

The system is built to support consistent training without requiring complex setup or storage. It’s especially useful for users who want flexibility in resistance levels without the clutter of traditional weight systems.
