Active noise cancellation helps reduce surrounding sound, while Aware Mode lets outside audio in when you want to stay more connected to your surroundings. TrueSpatial audio adds an immersive presentation, and Cinema Mode is designed to give video content layered sound and clear dialogue. For a wired listening option, USB-C supports high-fidelity lossless audio. The headphones also include a wider sliding headband and pill-shaped earcups, with synthetic leather on the headband and earcups for a soft-contact fit. Buyers often highlight the sound, comfort, and noise cancellation, making these features especially relevant for longer listening sessions or a flight. That feedback reflects customer impressions, while the specific listening modes let you choose how to use the headphones for different settings. ## Highlights Choose Quiet Mode for active noise cancellation, Aware Mode for transparency, Immersion for an immersive audio experience, Cinema Mode for video, or turn active noise reduction off. ActiveSense technology works in Aware Mode to adapt to spikes in unwanted noise. For calls, background-noise reduction helps make your voice easier to hear in busy environments. Bluetooth connectivity supports listening with cell phones, laptops, and tablets. When you want a wired connection, use USB-C for lossless audio, the box also includes a 3.5mm-to-USB-C audio cable. A USB-C-to-USB-C cable is included for charging. The headphones provide up to 24 hours of playback with noise cancellation on, or up to 18 hours with Immersive Audio. A 15-minute quick charge provides up to 2.5 hours of playback, and a full charge takes 3 hours. Actual battery life varies with settings and use. ## Everyday use For a workday, commute, or trip, Quiet Mode can help put listening at the center, while Aware Mode offers an option when you want to hear more of your surroundings. At home, Cinema Mode is tailored to video, and USB-C lossless audio gives music and video listeners a wired alternative to Bluetooth. The included black hard-shell case gives you a dedicated way to carry the headphones and keep the audio and charging cables together. The choice here is between a basic wireless headset and a more adaptable listening setup. QuietComfort adds distinct noise-control and media modes, plus a wired lossless option, so it can serve music, calls, and video without relying on one listening style. It makes sense if you want one pair for both focused listening and everyday media. ## Questions before you buy **How long does the battery last?** It provides up to 24 hours with active noise cancellation on and up to 18 hours with Immersive Audio.
