BOOWEATS Fitted Tablecloth 48-Inch

For a round patio table that gets used for meals, gatherings, or outdoor dining, a fitted cover can be less fussy than a loose cloth that shifts around. The BOOWEATS wood-grain tablecloth has an elastic edge and a wipe-clean polyester surface designed to help protect the tabletop from water and oily food spills. Its stated fit is for round tables 46–50 inches in diameter, so measuring the tabletop—and accounting for its thickness—matters before choosing it.

Technical details

This is a round, polyester tablecloth with a wood-grain print, an elasticized edge, and a stated fit for tables 46–50 inches across. The maker describes the surface as waterproof and oil-proof, with spills intended to stay off the tabletop rather than soak through. That makes it a practical style of cover for everyday meals, buffets, parties, and patio use, where quick cleanup can matter more than the drape of a traditional tablecloth.

The elastic edge is the main functional difference from a standard round cloth: it wraps around the table’s sides and is designed to resist shifting or blowing off. The pattern also gives the table a wood-look finish without claiming the cover itself is wood. One trade-off is care: the instructions say to wipe it with a damp cloth or sponge, not machine wash, bleach, or iron it.

Everyday compatibility

The listed diameter range covers round tables between 46 and 50 inches. Table thickness can affect how the edge sits, so a tabletop that falls within the diameter range is not the only fit consideration. If you are replacing a loose cover for a patio table, the elastic edge may be useful when people are serving food or when a breeze could catch the fabric. It is also presented for indoor settings such as kitchens and dining areas, as well as picnics, camping, barbecues, and parties.

It makes sense if you want a fitted cover that is easy to wipe down and helps shield a tabletop from spills and direct sunlight. A loose, washable cloth may suit someone who prefers a softer drape or wants to machine-wash their table covering. This one’s care instructions rule out that wash-and-dry routine, and the product details do not give a specific fabric thickness or a more precise fit for unusually thick tables.

Usage tips

Measure the round tabletop across its widest point, then consider how much of the table edge the elastic will need to wrap around. For example, before setting out plates for a patio dinner, fit the cover over the table and check that the edge sits evenly rather than pulling up at the sides. The elastic is intended to help keep it in place, but the maker’s stated range and the table’s thickness still determine whether it will sit snugly.

After a meal, wipe food or liquid from the surface with a damp cloth or sponge. Avoid machine washing, bleach, and ironing, as those are specifically excluded in the care directions. Not the best choice if you need a tablecloth that can go in the washing machine or want a guaranteed fit without first considering your table’s thickness.

Before you decide

What table sizes does it fit? It is listed for round tables measuring 46–50 inches in diameter. Table thickness may affect the fit.

Can it be used outdoors? The product is described for patios and other indoor or outdoor settings, with an elastic edge intended to help it stay in place.

How do you clean it? Wipe it with a damp cloth or sponge. The care instructions say not to machine wash, bleach, or iron it.

Buying verdict

Choose this BOOWEATS cover if your round table is within the listed diameter range and you want a wood-grain look, an elastic fit, and a surface intended for quick wipe-downs after meals. Its practical appeal is strongest for regular dining and patio use, where loose fabric and small spills can be a nuisance. Skip it if machine-washable care is essential, or if your table’s thickness makes a fitted edge uncertain, a washable draped cloth may be a better match for those priorities.
