## Description

## What matters most
If you’re looking to free up space while keeping your TV flexible for different viewing scenarios, BONTEC’s full motion wall mount for 23–70 inch TVs offers a capable mix of reach, tilt, and swivel. On paper, it supports a wide VESA range up to 400x400mm and a generous weight limit of 99 lbs, which means many LED, LCD, OLED, 4K, and smart TVs fall within its bracket. The design prioritizes a low-profile aesthetic—retracting to 3.15 inches from the wall—while still extending up to 15 inches when you want to pull the screen closer for a seating area or group viewing.

## Who it's for
This mount is well-suited for living rooms, bedrooms, or small studios where wall-mounted cabinets or furniture should stay clear, and where occasional reorientation of the screen is desirable. It’s a practical fit if you have wooden studs at 16 inches on center and want a sturdy, long-term mounting solution that handles wider viewing angles without wobbling.

## What stands out in use
The dual-arm construction is pitched as heavy-duty, with precision welding and an anti-rust coating to bolster stability for larger sets up to 70 inches. The motion range is notable: 60° swivel left or right, 10° tilt upward, 15° tilt downward, and ±3° rotation. This variety helps reduce glare and lets you tailor the picture angle to different seating positions or lighting conditions.

## Limitations and caveats
If your wall setup uses drywall-only anchoring, you’ll want to confirm wall structure—the mount is specified for installation on 16" wood studs, concrete, or brick. It’s not a true plug-and-play option for drywall walls by themselves. Also, while the tilt and swivel offer broad flexibility, you may need to adjust mounting height based on your room geometry to avoid neck strain during long viewing sessions.

## Pros and cons in practice
Pros: broad TV compatibility across 23–70 inches, substantial weight tolerance, versatile motion range, low profile, and a clear mounting path for stud or masonry walls. Cons: not designed for drywall-only walls, and the actual ease of installation depends on your wall type and stud accessibility.

## What to review before buying
- Confirm your TV’s VESA pattern fits within 400x400mm and weight is under 99 lbs. - Check that you have access to 16" wood studs or suitable masonry anchors. - Consider seating layout to determine if a 60° swivel and 15° down tilt meet your viewing needs without glare.

## How it compares to other buying options
If you prioritize a flexible viewing angle for a mid-to-large living room, a full motion mount like this can outperform fixed-wall solutions by letting you direct the screen toward different seats. It won’t replace ceiling-mounted or motorized setups for ultra-wide rooms or hidden cable paths, but it hits a practical sweet spot for many households seeking balance between space savings and versatility.

## What’s included and what to expect during setup
The mount ships with mounting hardware, a clear user manual, and a video guide to assist installation. It’s designed to fit 16" wood studs, concrete, and brick walls, and the assembly process is pitched as quick and straightforward, though you should plan for a secure anchoring step using the appropriate hardware for your wall type.

## Practical example of use
Imagine mounting a 55-inch TV above a media console. With a quick pull, you angle the screen toward a couch for a comfortable angle during a movie night, then swivel it slightly for a group gaming session. When the sun shifts in the afternoon, a gentle tilt helps reduce glare without having to crane your neck.

## FAQ snapshot
- What TVs does this mount fit? It supports 23–70 inch screens with several VESA patterns up to 400x400mm and a weight limit of 99 lbs.
- Can I mount on drywall? It’s specified for 16" wood studs and masonry walls, drywall-only mounting is not advised.
- How far from the wall can it extend? It retracts to 3.15 inches and extends up to 15 inches.
- Is installation difficult? The package includes hardware and a video guide, and the design aims for a straightforward setup, though wall type and stud access will influence the process.

## Final verdict
Is it worth it? If you want a robust, space-saving mount with substantial adjustability for mid-to-large TVs and you have compatible wall structures, this BONTEC model offers a sensible balance of strength and flexibility. It may not be the best pick if you’re mounting on drywall without studs or if you need a motorized or ultra-slim system, but for many standard living spaces it’s a solid, practical option.
