## Description

For inline skating, skateboarding, roller derby, or BMX, this set brings knee, elbow, and wrist protection together in one kit. Hard-shell guards pair with EVA foam padding to help cushion impact and shield against rough surfaces. Adjustable hook-and-loop straps make it easy to secure the pads over clothing and fine-tune the fit.

## Best use cases
Use the set for skating or riding sessions where falls on pavement or other hard surfaces are part of the activity. The knee and elbow guards combine a scratch-resistant plastic shell with a padded interior, while the wrist guards have a hard plastic splint along the palm. Together, these pieces cover three areas commonly exposed during a fall.

For a skate park session, adjust the straps over your clothing before you ride so the guards sit securely as you move. The set is designed for adults and juniors, with knee and elbow pads described as one size fits most and wrist guards sized by palm circumference. Compared with picking out knee, elbow, and wrist protection separately, this set groups all three into a coordinated six-piece set.

## Tech specs
- Type: 3-in-1 hard-shell protective gear
- What’s included: Knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards, six items total
- Material: EVA foam and plastic
- Color: Black
- Sport: BMX, also suited to inline skating, skateboarding, and roller derby
- Age range: Adult
- Closure: Adjustable hook-and-loop straps

## Pros
The hard plastic shells provide a protective outer layer, and their flatter surface is designed for contact during falls. Inside, EVA foam adds cushioning and is described as helping absorb shock on impact. This combination makes the set useful for riders who want both a durable outer barrier and padding against direct contact.

The wrist guards add palm-side support with a hard plastic splint, while adjustable hook-and-loop closures let you secure each piece individually. Because the guards are worn over clothing, they can be added to an existing riding outfit without changing how you dress for a session. Buyers often highlight comfort, ease of putting the guards on, and a secure feel, feedback on fit and durability is more mixed, so choosing the wrist size from the palm measurement is especially useful.

## What to clarify
**Which activities is this set suited for?** It is intended for inline skating, skateboarding, roller derby, and BMX riding, making it a practical choice for riders who want knee, elbow, and wrist guards in one set.

**How should I choose a wrist-guard size?** Measure around the palm, not the wrist. The sizing guide lists XS (Youth One Size) for 6–7 inches, Small for 7–8 inches, Medium for 8–9 inches, and Large for 9–10 inches.

**How do the pads stay in place?** Each guard uses adjustable hook-and-loop straps. Wear the pads over clothing and adjust the closures to secure them before riding.

## Final verdict
Choose the BODYPROX set when you want coordinated coverage for knees, elbows, and wrists during skating or BMX. Its hard shells, EVA foam interiors, palm splints, and adjustable closures address the key practical needs of a multi-area protective kit, with wrist sizing guided by palm circumference.
