## Description

## Highlights

For quick cleanup after cooking or a pass through the living room, a mop that moves without a cord can make the routine less of a chore. The BLONEX cordless electric mop uses dual-spin pads to help move itself forward, so you guide it rather than push it across the floor. Its spray function lets you apply water when needed, while the built-in headlights can help illuminate the area ahead as you work.

It’s designed for hard floors, including hardwood, tile, laminate, and marble, and it is not a steam mop. The detachable, semitransparent 250 mL tank makes it easier to refill and see how much water remains. The maker lists up to 50 minutes of runtime per charge.

## How to use it

Fill the removable tank at the sink, attach it, and guide the mop over the floor while using the spray as needed. The spinning microfiber pads provide the scrubbing action, the self-propelled movement is intended to reduce the effort of steering and pushing. For a dried spill or footprints, a slower pass with a little spray may be more useful than rushing across the area. The cordless design also avoids managing a cord as you move between rooms.

Keep in mind that the tank holds 250 mL, so larger areas or frequent spraying may mean stopping to refill. And because this is a standard electric mop, not a steam mop, it won’t provide steam cleaning.

## Practical tips

Use the on-demand spray for marks that need extra attention rather than wetting the entire floor by default. That gives you more control over where water goes, especially when moving between different hard-floor surfaces. A practical routine might be to start in the kitchen, spray a dried footprint, guide the spinning pads over it, then continue into the hallway without changing outlets or unplugging a cord.

The lightweight, cordless format may also be useful when carrying cleaning equipment between floors. The product description does not give pad-care instructions or charging details, so check the supplied directions for those specifics instead of assuming the pads can be machine-washed or that the battery recharges in a particular time.

## Practical doubts

**Is the BLONEX a steam mop?**
No. It is a cordless electric mop with spinning pads and an on-demand water spray, not a steam cleaner.

**Which floors is it intended for?**
The listed surfaces are hardwood, tile, laminate, and marble. The description does not specify other flooring types.

**How long can it run, and how much water does it hold?**
The maker states up to 50 minutes of continuous runtime and a detachable 250 mL tank. Actual runtime can vary with use, and the tank may need refilling during a larger cleaning session.

## When it makes sense

It makes sense if you want a cordless way to handle routine hard-floor cleanup and would rather steer a self-propelled mop than push a manual one back and forth. The spray and rotating pads offer a more active cleaning approach than a basic mop, without adding steam. You may want to skip it if you need steam cleaning, have floors outside the listed types, or want a larger tank to avoid refills. The 50-minute maximum runtime is a useful planning figure, but it is not a guarantee that every home can be cleaned on one charge.
