## Description

When you want to use a standard guitar strap on an instrument without strap buttons, the BLOBY headstock adapter provides an attachment point at the headstock. Its faux leather tie is designed for a range of stringed instruments, while the brass snap button makes connecting the strap straightforward.

The black 2cm x 20cm adapter is designed to fit snugly without scratching the instrument’s finish. Installation is tool-free and takes about one minute, making it a practical way to set up for a practice session or performance.

## Size & fit

At 2cm x 20cm, this slim adapter wraps around the headstock rather than requiring a strap button mounted on the instrument. The listed fit includes acoustic, classical, and electric guitars, bass guitars, ukuleles, and banjos. That range makes it useful for musicians who play different types of stringed instruments and want a headstock-based strap connection.

For a guitar or other listed instrument without traditional strap buttons, position the adapter at the headstock and fasten it with the snap button, then attach a standard guitar strap. Its scratch-free design is intended to help protect the instrument’s finish during use. If you are choosing between adding a permanent strap button and using a removable headstock attachment, this adapter offers the headstock approach without a tool-based installation.

## Benefits

The main benefit is a strap attachment option for instruments that lack strap buttons. Instead of changing the instrument, the adapter connects at the headstock, so you can use a standard strap with the listed compatible instruments. The tool-free setup is designed to take about one minute, which is convenient when preparing to play or moving the adapter between instruments.

Faux leather gives the tie a finished look in black, while the brass snap button provides the fastening point. The design is intended to sit securely and avoid scratching the instrument’s finish. In practical terms, it combines a simple attachment method with a material and shape suited to the headstock area.
