## Description

For tracking sleep overnight and activity during the day without wearing a watch, the BIEMHA smart ring takes a low-profile approach to wellness monitoring. It tracks sleep and daily activity, including steps, calories, and exercise, and automatically measures heart rate every 30 minutes while worn. The listing says it works with iOS and Android and requires no app subscription. One detail worth sorting out before choosing: the product information describes a 2–3-day battery for the ring itself, while the title advertises up to 5 days and the description ties longer use to a smart charging case.

## Technical details
The ring is listed in black, size 12, and the product name identifies it as IP68 waterproof. Its description also claims water resistance to 80 meters, those are two different claims in the product information, not a reason to assume a particular swimming or diving rating. If water exposure matters to your routine, take that inconsistency into account rather than treating the wording as a guarantee for every activity.

For tracking, the stated features cover sleep patterns and daily activity, plus automatic heart-rate readings every 30 minutes. That interval is useful context: this is not described as a continuous heart-rate monitor. The battery information also needs a little interpretation. The base description says 2–3 days of ring use, with usage exceeding 5 days when used with a smart charging case. It does not establish that the longer figure applies to the ring alone.

## Everyday compatibility
The listing names iOS and Android compatibility and says the app does not require a subscription. That makes the ring a possible fit if you want to see sleep and activity information on your phone without an ongoing app fee. It does not specify particular phone models, app features, or how the data is presented, so those details cannot be judged from the available information.

Picture wearing it through a workday, then checking your sleep information the next morning alongside step or calorie estimates. That is the kind of simple, recurring tracking routine this product is aimed at. Compared with a more demanding fitness setup, the listed focus is everyday wellness data rather than detailed training tools or continuous heart-rate readings.

## Usage tips
Sizing deserves attention before ordering. The product description recommends using its size chart and measuring your finger circumference, a ring that feels wrong can make all-day and overnight wear less comfortable. The supplied information does not include the chart itself, so use the seller’s sizing guidance rather than guessing from your usual ring size.

Wear it consistently if you want a more useful picture of sleep and daily movement, and keep the stated battery distinction in mind when planning charging. The description mentions a smart charging case but does not confirm whether one is included. It suits you if you want a subscription-free ring for basic sleep and activity tracking. It might not be a great match if you need continuous heart-rate monitoring, detailed workout analysis, or a clearly specified water rating for a particular sport.

## Practical doubts
**Does it work with an iPhone or Android phone?** The listing says it is compatible with both iOS and Android, but does not name specific phone models.

**Is there a monthly app fee?** The product description says no app subscription is required.

**How long does the battery last?** The ring is described as lasting 2–3 days on its own, the claim of more than 5 days is tied to use with a smart charging case.

## When it makes sense
Choose this BIEMHA ring if your priority is a compact way to track sleep, steps, calories, and periodic heart-rate readings, with no app subscription. The trade-off is limited detail in the available specifications: battery claims depend on the charging case, and the waterproof wording is not fully consistent. If those basics match your routine and size 12 is right for your finger, the listed feature set may be enough, for precise training data or clearly defined water-use requirements, look for a tracker with those needs spelled out.
