It includes play food, money, and a register, so the play can move from choosing groceries to paying for them. The set comes with more than 40 accessories, including 24 play fruits and vegetables, play money, a credit card, a grocery bag, and a scanner. Shelves provide space to store groceries, while the register opens and the chalkboard can be used to write specials. One detail worth weighing before you buy: the product name calls it a wooden set, but the description says it is made with plastic materials. If the construction material matters to you, that mismatch may affect your decision. The listed overall dimensions are 35 inches long by 23 inches wide by 36 inches high, so it also needs a dedicated spot rather than a small tabletop. ## How to use it The moving conveyor gives the pretend checkout a simple sequence: place a fruit or vegetable on the belt, scan it, ring it up, then use the play money or credit card and bag the groceries. That makes the set more interactive than a basic play-food bundle, where the child supplies the checkout routine entirely from imagination. A child could set out a few of the included vegetables, write a pretend special on the chalkboard, and take turns being the shopper and cashier. The play naturally creates opportunities to count items or handle pretend payment, though the set does not specify lessons or activities beyond imaginative play and practicing basic math. ## Practical tips Before setting it up, think about where the whole supermarket will live. Its listed footprint is 35 by 23 inches, and the 36-inch height is useful context when choosing a spot. The shelves and bagging area give the accessories places to go during play, but the many small pieces may take some tidying after checkout is over. It makes sense if you want a role-play setup with a working conveyor, an opening register, and checkout accessories in one play scene. The description says the product meets U.S. federal ASTM and CPSIA safety standards. Not the best choice if you need a compact toy or want a clearly specified all-wood construction, since the material wording is inconsistent. ## Practical doubts **What comes with the supermarket?** It includes more than 40 accessories, with 24 play fruits and vegetables, play money, a credit card, a grocery bag, and a play scanner. **Does the conveyor move?** Yes. The product description identifies it as a moving conveyor for placing and scanning the included play groceries. **How much room does it need?** The overall dimensions are listed as 35 inches long, 23 inches wide, and 36 inches high. Allow enough space for the set to remain accessible during play. ## Final verdict This play grocery store is a better fit for a child who enjoys taking on both sides of a checkout and will use the included food and payment accessories. The conveyor and register make the pretend routine more hands-on than a simple collection of play groceries. Skip it if floor space is tight, or if you are choosing specifically for wood construction and need the material description to be unambiguous. ## Images ![Best Choice Products Grocery Store Playset, Red — 1](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/AQ-l0IsH_RyeRpdv9mTvmgf63kNCB3_GAIFExbmjTckoCpAlBqlaeMNUBzS3jP4LUJ6e-LsfgLVQQ1esLwIvqDikrIFqw5cI8i2YDcM9FMLBe_nFA2OSVIY0kQ.jpg) ![Best Choice Products Grocery Store Playset, Red — 2](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/X2VB6m8I9O0sSExLZolLxfeM4CkKrCndswxYOCOqYkh3TPuFS-EGmr4cpQ2_t1BW5R0l88CwiUx6-3g99uGlagWP6Cg98QKaqBO0QNqdmReZfRParikP3puDsA.jpg) ![Best Choice Products Grocery Store Playset, Red — 3](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/v6-uzzHjnZxHt00DXDJCrTWs1p4IjRE3ybTIiF7c6esFnwCaTbHeymz0YivkqhZEDPGknd3CBOu8PruevMkTgM7326uOvg1QiSp6vn0oOEYUTrzMfuxijtElHQ.jpg) ![Best Choice Products Grocery Store Playset, Red — 4](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/4ul39eH_z3zGVIqcu74iK93Hf2n4BdVgt4ITf6wxnDx5rLADs91YeOQzgQR8QpyMKnMngvZt_hlMaRHG8eamomakt7EStZO91GaW123CdN8XFZ9fRLcshR3bxA.jpg) ![Best Choice Products Grocery Store Playset, Red — 5](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/gCNviT03YtcfrS2GTttLGt9zKb9nXGIxpF3i65dEDFc-TxLsZ5EjoAgrzFtzwWGM2D64xLHYtN829lOQ-DC4fm1I2NUxWDbzHFVrtb79GOjDTcKviXOHrbZRVQ.jpg)
