Product description
This matte PET screen protector from BERSEM brings a paper-like texture to iPad displays, reducing glare and fingerprints while preserving touch responsiveness for note-taking, sketching, and reading on the go. It fits 11-inch and 10.9-inch iPad models from recent years and includes an EZ Kit to simplify alignment and bubble-free installation.
Key Points
The Paperfeel surface uses a specially textured finish that mimics real paper, which can improve stylus control and reduce unwanted sliding when drawing or handwriting. The matte treatment lowers reflections and softens bright highlights, helping visibility outdoors or under strong indoor lighting. According to the manufacturer, the PET material carries an oleophobic coating to resist oils and fingerprints so cleaning is quick and straightforward.

Usage Recommendations
Align the protector using the EZ Kit and allow the automatic adsorption to seat the film, then smooth any minor bubbles outward with a soft cloth. The thin 0.17 mm profile maintains near-original touch responsiveness, so gestures and Apple Pencil input feel natural while benefitting from added tactility. For best results, clean the display with the provided wipes and a dust removal sticker before applying the film.
Practical Notes
While the matte PET finish enhances pen control and reduces glare, it can slightly soften screen sharpness and contrast compared to a glossy protector. Also, the paperlike texture may wear gradually with heavy stylus use, which is normal according to the manufacturer. The product is described as case-friendly, but check edge clearance on thicker rugged cases to ensure the protector does not lift.
