## Description

Some players want a comfortable grip for handheld sessions, others need to switch between handheld, tabletop, and TV play. This Belkin grip case is designed for Nintendo Switch 2 and supports all three ways to play. Its quick-release design lets you remove the Joy-Cons without taking off the grip.

## Key points
The ergonomic, textured grip is made to help keep the console steady in your hands during handheld play. When it is time to play on a TV, the case is designed to remain on while the Nintendo Switch 2 is docked. For tabletop sessions, use the built-in kickstand and remove the Joy-Cons while leaving the grip in place. This gives you a practical way to move between play styles without repeatedly removing the case.

The housing is made with a minimum of 75% post-consumer recycled plastic, and the Lilac finish adds a distinct color choice. Belkin includes two-year limited manufacturer coverage. Buyers have praised the grip’s comfort and ease of attaching and removing it, while feedback on fit is mixed. Some say it accommodates larger hands, others report fit concerns. There are also mixed comments about durability, with some describing the case as flimsy, and reports of wobble when the Joy-Cons are connected. These impressions can help set expectations alongside the product’s listed features.

## Fit and sizing
This grip case is designed for Nintendo Switch 2. Its ergonomic shape and textured surface are intended for handheld use, while the dock-compatible design lets you keep it on when placing the console in its dock. The Lilac version is a color-specific option within the listed Nintendo Switch 2 grip case range. Choose it when you want a grip that supports both handheld handling and transitions to docked or tabletop play, rather than a case intended only for carrying or storage.

## How to use it
Attach the grip to your Nintendo Switch 2 for handheld play. To change the setup, release the Joy-Cons without first removing the grip, then use the built-in kickstand for tabletop play. When you want to play on a TV, dock the console with the grip still attached. That quick-release approach is useful at home when moving between a personal handheld session and shared play, or while traveling when you want to keep the console ready for different play positions. The package includes one Belkin Nintendo Switch 2 Grip.

## Questions before you buy
Can the grip stay on when docking the console? Yes. The case is designed to be dock-compatible, so you can leave it on when docking your Nintendo Switch 2.

Can you remove the Joy-Cons without taking off the grip? Yes. Its quick-release design allows Joy-Con removal while the grip remains attached.

Does it support tabletop play? Yes. The built-in kickstand lets you set up the console for tabletop play, with the Joy-Cons removable for a separate handheld-style setup.

## Final verdict
For Nintendo Switch 2 owners who want one grip case for handheld comfort, tabletop play, and docking, this Belkin model brings those uses together in a single design. The textured ergonomic grip, quick-release Joy-Con access, built-in kickstand, and Lilac finish make it a considered choice for flexible play at home or on the go.
