## Description

For a DIY nail extension setup at home, the Beetles Curve-EX kit brings medium almond tips and the gel essentials together in one set. Its 320 half-matte tips come in 16 pre-numbered sizes, making it easier to select a fit for different nail shapes without relying on a single tip size.

The kit also includes hands-free solid nail glue gel, base gel, top coat, and a mini UV lamp, along with tools for shaping and cuticle work. That combination gives you the core pieces for a home extension routine and creative nail art in one kit.

## Where it shines

Curve-EX tips have an enhanced arch designed to resist pressure and support a close fit. The shape is intended for curved and natural nail beds, while the medium almond profile gives extensions a defined tapered silhouette. With 16 numbered sizes, you can match tips across your nails and choose a more customized fit rather than trimming down one size to suit every finger.

The 15g hands-free solid glue gel is made to attach false nail tips. It can also be used to adhere rhinestones, so the same gel supports both extensions and embellished designs. The kit includes 7.5ml each of base gel and top coat, plus a mini UV lamp for the gel manicure workflow. For a practical at-home session, the included nail clipper, file, and cuticle pusher help with preparing and shaping the look.

## What matters most

This set brings together tips, adhesive, gel coats, a lamp, and basic manicure tools. That makes it a different kind of purchase from buying nail tips alone: it provides several components for a DIY extension routine in one package. The pre-numbered sizes are useful when you want to compare widths across your nails, while the almond shape offers a consistent style for a full set.

Use the solid glue gel with false nail tips, it is not intended for press-on nails. Beyond attaching tips, the gel can hold rhinestones for decorative designs, including 3D nail art. The included file and clipper support shaping the extensions, and the cuticle pusher adds a preparation tool to the set.

## Best use cases

Choose this kit for at-home medium almond extensions when you want multiple tip sizes and the main gel components gathered together. It also suits nail art plans that combine extensions with rhinestone details. A simple session could involve selecting numbered tips for each nail, shaping the extensions with the included tools, and adding embellishments with the solid glue gel.

If your main goal is to apply press-on nails, this glue gel is not the intended adhesive for that application. For false nail tip extensions and designs that use rhinestones, its stated uses align with the kit’s focus.

## Is it worth it?

The Beetles Curve-EX set is a practical fit for DIY users who want a medium almond extension kit with a broad range of numbered tips, solid glue gel, base and top coats, and a mini lamp in the same package. Its arch design and rhinestone use add specific options beyond a basic assortment of nail tips, making it useful for building extensions and personalizing them at home.
