The vest’s removable weights make it a flexible alternative to a fixed-weight vest. Use fewer sandbags for a lighter session, then add weight when you want more resistance. Positioning the bags lets you distribute the load around the vest for a close fit during movement. Reflective strips are a useful detail for outdoor walks and runs, while the buckle strap helps secure the fit.

Best use cases

Use the adjustable load for walks, runs, hikes, home workouts, gym sessions, and strength training. For a walk, choose a load that suits the session, for strength work, adjust the sandbags to add resistance to bodyweight exercises. The same vest can support different training days without requiring a separate fixed-weight vest for each load.

Buyers describe the vest as comfortable and easy to use, and some mention a snug fit. Some also say it makes walks feel more cardio-focused and helps with posture while walking. These are individual impressions, not a substitute for choosing a load and fit that feel appropriate for your activity.

Box contents

The set is described as including 20 sandbags for adjusting the vest’s load. Add or remove the weights to customize resistance for different activities and training sessions.

Buying verdict
