## Description

This fleece-lined performance legging keeps legs warm and mobile during cold-weather workouts while shedding light moisture and wind. These water resistant thermal leggings for winter running combine a soft inner fleece layer with a high-rise waist to support the midsection and carry essentials while you move.

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **baleaf Women's Fleece Lined Leggings**
- Material: Polyester and elastane blend with fleece lining
- Temperature guidance: Suitable for cold conditions below 4.4 °C according to the manufacturer
- Features: Water resistant outer fabric, wind protection, zippered rear pocket
- Fit: High waisted with compressive waistband

## Key Points

The inner fleece traps heat for added warmth and comfort, making them practical for chilly runs, hikes, or commuting on cold days. A water resistant outer layer helps repel light rain and short exposure to wet snow, so you stay drier during short bouts outdoors. The high waist provides gentle abdominal control and helps keep the leggings in place during dynamic movement. A simple zippered back pocket fits a phone and secures it during activity, reducing bounce and distraction. 🏃♀️

These leggings are described as more elastic and durable than standard polyester and elastane blends, which allows them to stretch through squats, lunges, and long strides while returning to shape. The fabric choice aims to balance warmth and freedom of motion so you can layer or use them as a standalone piece. Consider that heavier rain or prolonged wet conditions may reduce the water resistance over time, so they are best for light precipitation and snowy days where full waterproof gear is not required. 🌨️

## Usage Recommendations

Wear them for running, hiking, cycling, travel, yoga, skiing as a base layer, or casual winter walking. The compressive high waist helps during higher intensity training and can provide a streamlined silhouette when paired with a longer top. For colder days, add a windproof outer shell on top and choose moisture-wicking base layers to manage sweat. The zip pocket is convenient for a smartphone or small keys while on the move, and the elastic fabric makes them easy to pull on and off when layering for changing weather conditions. ❄️

Note that sizing and fit can vary between manufacturers, so check the provided measurements when selecting your size. The fabric’s water resistance should not be treated as full waterproofing, and breathability will vary with intensity of exercise and layering choices.
