## Description

## On-body feel

The three-layer Lycra-SBR fabric is designed to resist sweat and chafing, helping these weights feel comfortable during movement. A hook-and-loop strap and reinforced metal ring secure the fit, while the slim profile keeps the weights close to the body. Iron sand fill distributes the weight throughout each piece, making this pair a practical addition to walks, Pilates sessions, and home workouts.

This version weighs 1 lb per weight, or 2 lb for the pair. Wear them on your wrists or ankles to add resistance to exercises that already fit your routine. The adjustable closure lets you fasten each weight around the selected body part, measure your wrist or ankle and use the size chart to choose a suitable fit.

## What you’ll notice day to day

Wearable weights offer a different approach from holding dumbbells: they stay attached to your wrists or ankles, so you can add resistance to walking, chores, or targeted movements without gripping a weight. For a home workout, use them during controlled arm or leg exercises, for Pilates, ballet, or physical therapy routines, they provide wearable resistance as you work through movements. The product is also listed for running and hiking, making it versatile across different activity types.

The high-tension Velcro closure is designed to help keep the weights in place during exercise, and the non-bulky shape supports a close fit. Reinforced stitching and durable iron sand fill are part of the construction. Customers commonly praise the secure straps, ease of putting the weights on and taking them off, and the fit. These are buyer impressions rather than a substitute for choosing the appropriate size and weight for your routine.

For a first session, the manufacturer recommends starting with light, short workouts and building duration gradually. Hand wash the weights for care. Their wearable format suits people who want to add resistance to familiar activities, those who prefer to change resistance by picking up or setting down equipment may favor handheld weights instead.
