## Description

Push-button reclining lets you adjust your position without manually working a recliner, while the Babyletto Kiwi also glides and swivels for a more flexible nursery seat.

A built-in USB charging port adds a practical touch for quiet stretches in the nursery. The chair includes a lumbar pillow, and its electronic controls operate the reclining function.

The cream Eco-Weave upholstery is polyester described as water-repellent and stain-resistant. GREENGUARD Gold and CertiPUR-US certifications are also listed for the chair and its foam.

## Everyday use

The Kiwi combines a glider’s back-and-forth motion with a 270-degree swivel and powered reclining. That mix can be useful when settling a baby, feeding, or taking a break in the nursery: the swivel lets you change direction, while the recline is adjusted at the push of a button. The included lumbar pillow provides additional support, and the USB port offers a place to connect a device while seated.

Would a single chair work for both nursery routines and general relaxation? The manufacturer describes it for nursery and living-room use, and its cream upholstery gives it a neutral look. Its listed dimensions are worth considering when planning where it will sit, particularly if the room has limited floor space.

The product information also lists a one-year manufacturer warranty. The upholstery is described as water-repellent and stain-resistant and made with REPREVE recycled polyester yarn, the maker says it uses material from over 50 recycled plastic bottles. Those details may matter to buyers choosing fabric for a nursery, but they do not replace routine care or establish how the fabric will hold up in every household.

## Why it’s worth it

Compared with a basic stationary rocker, this chair adds powered reclining, swivel movement, and USB charging in one seat. That can be appealing if you expect to use the chair for more than rocking, rather than preferring a simpler, non-powered design. The certifications are another listed point of distinction for buyers considering materials in a nursery.

Buyer feedback often highlights comfort, smooth electric reclining, and straightforward assembly. Experiences are not uniformly positive, though: comments vary on durability, electronic controls, and noise, with some buyers reporting squeaks or control problems. That mixed feedback is relevant for a chair whose movement and powered recline are central to its appeal.

## Is it worth it?

It makes sense if you want a nursery glider that also swivels, reclines at the push of a button, and has USB charging. The upholstery’s water- and stain-resistant description may also suit a room where spills are a consideration. A simpler non-powered rocker may be a better fit if those added functions are not priorities.

It might not be a great match if you want to avoid powered mechanisms: buyers report differing experiences with the controls and long-term durability. The listed one-year manufacturer warranty is useful context, but it does not resolve those varied reports. Weigh the convenience of the combined features against that uncertainty before choosing it as your main nursery chair.
