Axquilon Diamond Painting Kit, 16x28-Inch

What to know

The 16x28-inch sun-and-moon canvas gives this diamond painting room for a detailed, eye-catching design, while the round, full-drill format covers the artwork with colorful rhinestones. It’s an at-home craft project, not a finished decoration, so the appeal is partly in making the picture yourself before deciding where to display it.

The kit includes color-coded rhinestones, a diamond pen, tray, red glue clay, and storage bags. The listing also says it provides about 30% extra diamonds, which may help if a few pieces are misplaced during the project.

How to use it

Match the canvas symbols to the corresponding diamond colors, then use the pen, tray, and glue clay to place the round drills. From the way it is set up, the process is suited to working through the image in sections rather than expecting a quick, ready-made result. A practical scene: set the canvas on a clear table, sort a few colors into the tray, and fill one area at a time while keeping the remaining bags organized.

Keep in mind that the 16x28-inch canvas needs enough flat workspace while you work, and a frame is not listed among the included supplies. If you want wall art without a hands-on project or any finishing steps, this kit may not suit that plan.

Practical tips

Before starting, leave room to spread out the canvas and keep the small diamonds away from pets or clutter. Store unused colors in their bags between sessions, that makes it easier to return to the right shade next time. Since the design uses a color-coded canvas, check each symbol as you work instead of relying on the diamond colors alone.

The project is described as suitable for beginners, teens, and adults, and can be a quiet solo activity or something to work on with family or friends. It also makes a more personal gift than a finished print when the recipient enjoys crafts. The tradeoff is time and attention: the decorative result depends on placing many individual diamonds, so someone looking for a low-effort room update may prefer ready-to-display art instead.

Before you decide

What comes in the kit? It includes the color-coded rhinestones, diamond pen, tray, red glue clay, and plastic storage bags. The listing describes a canvas, but does not list a frame.

Are the diamonds round, and does the design use a full drill? Yes. The product is described as a 5D round, full-drill diamond painting with a sun-and-moon image.

What if some diamonds are missing? The seller says to contact them about missing diamonds or other problems and states that it will address concerns within 24 hours. That is the support promise in the listing, not a guarantee about the finished artwork.

When it makes sense

It makes sense if you want a substantial DIY project that can become a sun-and-moon wall decoration, and you’re happy to spend time placing the rhinestones yourself. The extra diamonds and included basic tools make the kit more self-contained than buying a canvas alone. Not the best choice if you need a finished, framed piece right away or prefer a smaller project with less workspace demand. Choose it for the making as much as for the eventual display, the product information doesn’t specify framing or other finishing supplies.
