## Description

## Best use cases

Dual ultrasonic emitters are the standout feature here: they’re intended to spread the sound across a wider area than a single emitter. That could be useful when barking carries over a fence or across a yard.

The device is designed to respond automatically to barking, so you don’t need to activate it each time. It can be mounted on a fence, wall, or tree for outdoor use.

Picture settling into the evening on a patio while a nearby dog barks across the fence. This box is meant for that kind of shared-space problem, as well as barking from your own dog. It’s a no-collar approach, but it is specified for healthy dogs without hearing issues.

## Product specs

The listed range settings are 15 ft, 30 ft, and 50 ft. It offers three frequency modes: 25 kHz, 30 kHz, and 20–30 kHz. An LED display shows the selected mode and battery status, giving you a quick way to check its settings without guessing.

The rechargeable battery is rated at 1200 mAh. The product description states a two-hour charge time and up to 30 days of operation. It also lists an IP65 waterproof rating for outdoor placement. Those figures are useful for planning where to mount it, though actual runtime can depend on use and the description doesn’t specify the conditions behind the maximum claim.

Without having tried it, the practical question is whether the adjustable range and mounting position suit your space. Ultrasonic sound is not a substitute for addressing the cause of persistent barking, and this device is not intended for dogs with hearing issues.

## Where it shines

Compared with a bark collar, this is a stationary, no-contact option: you place it near the area where barking needs to be addressed rather than fitting equipment to a dog. That may suit a yard or fence line where barking comes from a neighboring dog, though the device’s own coverage is limited to its listed maximum range.

Would you rather adjust a device from across the yard or rely on a collar worn by the dog? The LED readout and three range settings make this one easier to configure at the unit, while the fixed mounting means it won’t follow a dog from one part of the property to another. **It’s a great fit if** you want automatic outdoor bark detection with selectable coverage and can position the box close to the barking area.

## Buying verdict

The appeal is straightforward: automatic operation, dual emitters, adjustable range, and a weather-resistant housing in a device that doesn’t require a collar. The owl-style design is secondary, placement, range, and the dog’s hearing health matter more when deciding whether it suits your situation.

**Better avoided if** you need a portable solution, want a device for a dog with hearing problems, or expect coverage beyond 50 ft. The description gives no detail on how walls, fences, or other obstacles affect performance, so a sheltered or obstructed mounting spot may not deliver the reach you want. Choose it when a fixed outdoor unit fits the space and a non-collar approach is your priority, look elsewhere if you need a roaming, dog-worn, or more clearly documented solution.
