## Description

The AURGIC HM5 is a dual handheld wireless microphone system for singing, speeches, and hosted events. Its two microphones let two people share a setup, while the receiver connects to compatible sound equipment through a 6.35mm plug or the included 3.5mm adapter.

A 2.4GHz connection offers a stated range of up to 164 ft (50m), giving presenters and performers room to move around a venue. The handheld microphones have dynamic capsules, and the system includes DSP noise reduction for vocal pickup.

Need microphones for karaoke one day and a speech or celebration the next? This set is designed for those varied occasions, with a plug-and-play setup for equipment with a microphone input.

## Getting the most from it

Plug the receiver into a microphone input on a compatible PA system, amplifier, mixer, speaker, or karaoke machine, then pair the microphones. The receiver has a 6.35mm plug, and the included 3.5mm adapter offers another connection format for supported inputs. Bluetooth and AUX connections are not supported, and the system is not compatible with cell phones, computers, or tablets.

For a karaoke gathering, two people can take turns or sing together without sharing one handheld mic. At a wedding, church service, party, or conference, the wireless format supports movement while speaking or performing. The stated wireless range is up to 164 ft (50m), with actual use depending on the setup and surroundings.

## Strengths

The two-channel arrangement is the practical advantage for shared vocals and presentations: both handheld microphones are part of one system. Dynamic microphone capsules and DSP noise reduction are designed for vocal use, while the 2.4GHz connection keeps the microphones cordless during the event.

The included batteries are rechargeable, and the product information describes USB-C charging, with a stated 2–3 hour charging time and over 8 hours of continuous use. A battery indicator light helps keep battery status visible. Buyers also highlight clear sound and straightforward setup, with some noting use at karaoke, parties, and family gatherings.

## Key takeaways

This set comes with two handheld microphones, a receiver with a 6.35mm plug, a 3.5mm adapter, three rechargeable batteries, a USB charging cable, two anti-slip rings, two microphone covers, and an operating manual. The microphones have metal enclosures, and the receiver is rechargeable. These details make the set suited to people who want a ready-to-connect dual-mic format rather than buying two separate wireless microphone systems.

For a simple event setup, connect the receiver to the sound system’s microphone input, place the sound equipment where it will serve the room, and use the handheld mics for speakers or performers. Choosing an input-compatible system is key: the HM5 is intended for microphone inputs, not Bluetooth or AUX ports.

## Practical questions

**What equipment can the HM5 connect to?** It is listed as compatible with amplifiers, audio mixers, karaoke machines, PA systems, and speakers. The equipment needs a microphone input, the receiver uses a 6.35mm plug, with an included 3.5mm adapter for supported inputs.

## Is it worth it?
