## Description

If you want a candle mainly for fragrance and atmosphere, a single-wick option may be enough, this Auelife citronella candle is aimed at people who want a larger, three-wick format for outdoor gatherings as well as indoor use. It uses natural soy wax in a glass jar, with a light citrus scent described as refreshing. The listing claims more than 50 hours of burn time, though it doesn’t provide a room size or outdoor coverage area to help estimate how far the fragrance will reach.

## How to use it

This candle is presented for patios, gardens, barbecues, camping trips, and indoor spaces such as a living room or bathroom. For a practical scene, picture it on a patio table during an evening get-together: the three wicks and jar are intended to add both fragrance and a warm glow while people sit nearby. It can also serve as a scented candle indoors, so it isn’t limited to summer gatherings.

The product description emphasizes citronella and outdoor use, but it does not state that the candle repels insects. Treat it as a scented candle for setting the mood, rather than relying on it for pest control. How much of the scent will carry across a larger yard or room? That’s hard to judge from the details provided, since no coverage guidance is listed. You’ll appreciate it if you want one candle for both patio ambiance and occasional home fragrance. It’s not for you if you need a specified coverage area or a clearly stated insect-repelling effect.

## Pros

- Three wicks give this 12 oz candle a larger format than a small, single-wick candle.
- Natural soy wax and a glass jar are specified, the jar is described as creating an amber-toned glow.
- The claimed burn time is more than 50 hours, making it suitable for repeated use rather than just one evening.
- Its intended settings include both outdoor gatherings and indoor rooms, so it can move between uses.

A trade-off is that the listing doesn’t give dimensions, scent-strength details, or guidance on how much space it can fragrance. If you’re choosing between a compact candle that’s easy to place and a larger centerpiece for a table, this one leans toward the latter. The stated burn time is a product claim, not a guarantee for every use, the available information doesn’t explain the conditions behind it.

## Spec sheet

- Name: Auelife Scented Candle
- Type: Citronella scented candle
- Format: Three-wick candle in a glass jar
- Capacity: 12 oz
- Material: Natural soy wax
- Burn time: More than 50 hours, as claimed in the listing
- Intended use: Indoor and outdoor fragrance

The jar is also described as reusable for storage or DIY projects after the candle has burned down. No dimensions or care instructions are provided, so its footprint and the best way to clean the glass are left unspecified. The description mentions outdoor use, but it doesn’t establish that the jar is designed to withstand every outdoor condition.

## Final verdict

This Auelife candle makes sense if you want a three-wick citronella scent in a glass jar for patio evenings, garden gatherings, or occasional indoor fragrance, and you’re comfortable choosing without a stated coverage area. Its larger format and claimed 50-plus-hour burn time distinguish it from a smaller candle meant mainly for brief use. Skip it if your decision depends on knowing exactly how large a space it will scent, or if you’re shopping specifically for proven insect protection. The listing provides no such performance details, so the safer reason to buy is fragrance and ambiance.
