## Description

## Technical details

A small music device is easy to toss into a bag, but loose keys, cables, and other gear can leave it exposed to scratches or bumps. This rigid carrying case is shaped for the Artiphon Orba 3, Orba 2, and Orba, giving the instrument a dedicated place for storage and travel.

The case uses three-layer EVA material and is described as shock-resistant, water-resistant, and tear-resistant. Those features add a more protective barrier than carrying the Orba loose in a backpack, though the product details don’t specify its dimensions or how much impact it can withstand. The listing says case only, so don’t count on the instrument or a USB charging cable being included.

## Everyday compatibility

The stated fit covers three Artiphon Orba versions: Orba 3, Orba 2, and the original Orba. Inside, a mesh pocket provides room for small accessories, keeping them separate from the main device area. It’s a useful setup for packing the Orba and a cable together before heading out, rather than letting accessories move freely around your bag.

The product name mentions a USB charging cable, but the description identifies the package as case only. Check the product images for the measurements before ordering if a close fit matters, the written details don’t provide the case size. On the spec sheet, water resistance is stated, but no rating or submersion protection is given, so treat it as protection from incidental exposure rather than a waterproof guarantee.

## Usage tips

Place the Orba in the fitted compartment and use the mesh pocket for small items that belong with it. Before closing the zipper, keep accessories in the pocket instead of pressing them against the instrument. The soft rubber zipper pulls are intended to make opening and closing easier, especially when the case is packed away in a larger bag.

For a short trip to a practice session, this is a more organized approach than wrapping the instrument in clothing or dropping it into a general-purpose pouch. It still won’t replace careful handling: the listing doesn’t give a drop rating, and a rigid shell can’t guarantee protection from every hard impact.

## Questions before you buy

**Does the case fit the Orba 3 and Orba 2?**
The description specifically lists the Orba 3, Orba 2, and original Orba as compatible models.

**Is a USB charging cable included?**
The description says “case only,” so the cable should not be assumed to come with it.

**Can I store small accessories inside?**
Yes. The case has an internal mesh pocket for accessories.

## Is it worth it?

It makes sense if you want a dedicated, structured way to carry one of the listed Orba models and keep small accessories together. The EVA construction and separate mesh pocket address everyday bag storage better than a basic, unstructured pouch. You may want to skip it if you need confirmed measurements before buying, want a case that includes the device or cable, or need a stated impact or waterproof rating. The clearest deciding point is fit: compare the product-image measurements with your setup, since the written description doesn’t supply dimensions.
