## Description

This ergonomic mesh office chair combines targeted lumbar support with breathable comfort, built for long hours at a desk and focused work. It pairs an adjustable lumbar system with a high-density foam seat to reduce pressure and help maintain a healthier posture during coding, meetings, or creative sessions.

## What to know
The chair includes a large lumbar module that moves vertically up to 1.97 inches and horizontally 1.57 inches, with a high-density sponge that contours to the lower back. The backrest is a ventilated durable mesh that improves airflow, helping you stay dry and comfortable during extended use, and the seat uses 3.15-inch high-density foam with a waterfall edge to ease pressure on hips and thighs.

## Product specs
- Name: **AreShark Office Chair - Ergonomic Breathable Mesh Desk Chair**
- Size: High back
- Weight: Supports up to 300 lbs
- Material: Mesh back with high-density foam seat
- Connectivity: Rolling swivel base with smooth wheels

## Why it makes sense
The multi-posture recline moves from 90° upright to a 120° recline for short breaks or relaxed reading, and the 3.94-inch gas lift lets you fine-tune seat height for desk compatibility. The armrests rotate 90° vertically and flip up to save space in compact rooms. The reinforced five-point steel base and SGS-rated gas lift aim to deliver stability and quieter movement, which matters for shared workspaces and small apartments. Ten en cuenta que some setup effort is required, though a video guide and tools are provided.

## Everyday use
It’s a great fit if you need an adjustable chair for long focused sessions, hybrid work setups, or occasional gaming, combining breathable support and pressure-relief features. It’s not for you if you require specialized ergonomic certification beyond the listed adjustments or need features not mentioned here such as headrest tilt or advanced electronic adjustments.
