## Description

This ergonomic office chair pairs breathable mesh with adjustable support for long sitting sessions. It suits coders, creatives, and remote workers who need spinal alignment and airflow, and it aims to reduce fatigue during extended use.

## Highlights
The chair focuses on lumbar intelligence and dynamic posture control, making it useful during focused work or quick rests. **AreShark Office Chair** features a large adjustable lumbar pad that moves vertically and horizontally for a tailored fit, and a 2D headrest that tilts and raises to cradle neck alignment. The seat uses 3.15-inch high-density foam with a waterfall edge to ease pressure on hips and thighs, while the mesh back improves ventilation for hot days or long meetings. 🪑

## Technical details
- Name: **AreShark Office Chair - Ergonomic Desk Chair Breathable Mesh**
- Capacity: 300 lbs
- Lumbar adjustment: vertical 1.97 inches, horizontal 1.57 inches
- Seat foam thickness: 3.15 inches
- Gas lift height adjustability: 3.94 inches
- Base: reinforced five-point steel with smooth rolling wheels

## What you’ll notice day to day
You’ll feel more consistent support across a workday, especially when switching between intense focus and short breaks. The waterfall seat edge helps circulation while typing for hours, and the cushioned flip-up armrests rotate to save space in compact setups. If you prioritize airflow and a firmer, supportive seat, this chair delivers steady comfort. If you prefer ultra-soft cushioning or a fully motorized recline, this model may feel more performance oriented than plush.

## Usage tips
Adjust the lumbar pad to align with your lower back and set the headrest height for relaxed shoulders. Tilt the backrest between 90° and 120° for concentrated tasks or casual reading. Rotate armrests up when you need extra desk clearance in small rooms. A short assembly video is included and most users complete setup in about 20 minutes. 🔧
