## Description

The honeycomb-textured surface helps the APEXUP Pilates ball stay grippy during floor exercises, giving you a small, supportive tool for controlled movement and balance work.

At 9 inches, it fits naturally into Pilates, yoga, barre, stretching, and core routines. Use it at home or bring it along when you want a compact alternative to a full-size exercise ball.

The pink ball is made from inflatable PVC and weighs 0.29 kg. Two portable inflation straws and a plug are included for setup and sealing.

## Fit and sizing

This 9-inch ball is designed for adult exercise and fitness routines. Its compact size makes it useful for movements where a smaller ball can be positioned between the legs, under the back, or against another area of the body for support. It can also add a balance or stability element to floor-based Pilates, barre, and stretching exercises.

Compared with a large stability ball, this format takes up less space and suits more targeted movements rather than seated or full-body ball exercises. Buyers describe the size as convenient for floor stretching and home workouts, while some note that the inflated ball can seem larger than 9 inches. Consider how you plan to position it within your routine when choosing a small Pilates ball.

## What stands out

The honeycomb structure is designed to provide grip and help limit slipping during exercise. That texture is useful when moving through controlled core work, balance drills, or stretches where a ball that stays in place helps maintain a steady position. The product is also described as anti-burst, with a stated load capacity of 264 lb.

Inflation is designed to be straightforward: the package includes two portable PP inflation straws and a plug to help seal the ball. Its compact, lightweight format also makes it easy to store or carry with other workout essentials. Buyers commonly appreciate the texture, easy inflation, and versatility for home exercise and physical therapy routines.
