## Description

Use the APEXUP yoga ball for core exercises, stretching, balance work, or active sitting at a desk. Its textured, anti-slip surface is designed to help keep the ball steady on hard floors while you move.

The honeycomb PVC construction is rated to hold 660 lbs and is designed to deflate slowly if punctured, rather than collapse suddenly. That makes it a practical choice for home fitness and physical therapy routines.

This model is listed in size L (23"~26") 65cm, and the range comes in five sizes from 45 to 85 cm. Choosing the size that suits your setup helps make exercises and seated use more comfortable.

## The essentials

The ball combines a grippy surface with a supportive exercise base for movements that call for balance and controlled positioning. Use it for core strengthening, Pilates, stretching, or bridge walkouts, its role can shift between a workout tool and an alternative to a standard desk chair for active sitting.

The listed package includes a pump and two air plugs for setup. Buyers often describe the ball as sturdy and supportive, and some mention using it for physical therapy. Feedback is mixed on size expectations, inflation, air retention, and pump quality, so it’s useful to follow the size guide and check the ball’s inflation before a session.

## How to use it

Set the ball on a clear, stable floor and use the textured surface to support controlled movements. For stretching or balance work, begin with an exercise that lets you keep a steady position, for active sitting, place it where you would normally sit and maintain a comfortable posture. Use the supplied pump and air plugs to prepare the ball, then select exercises suited to your routine.

## Getting the most from it

A yoga ball offers a different approach from a mat-only workout: it adds an unstable surface that engages balance as you move, while also supporting seated exercises. It can also serve a different purpose from a fixed desk chair when you want to incorporate active sitting. What kind of routine are you building? The ball’s mix of exercise and seating uses makes it easy to place alongside home workouts, stretching, or desk time.

For a practical setup, match the selected size to your intended use and consult the size guide before ordering. The product range spans five sizes, while this listing identifies the size as L (23"~26") 65cm. That detail is particularly useful when choosing a ball for a specific exercise space or seating position.
