## Description

Five removable 1 lb modules in each strap let you adjust resistance as your workout changes. The APEXUP pair totals 10 lb, with each weight adjustable from 1 to 5 lb. Use the straps for walking, aerobics, strength training, or physical therapy exercises. A Velcro closure helps secure them around your ankles or wrists.

## How it fits

Each strap uses an adjustable Velcro closure, so you can fasten it around an ankle or wrist for exercises that call for added weight. The set is designed for women and men, and the soft, breathable neoprene sleeve provides a comfortable layer against the skin during a workout.

The modular design offers a different approach from fixed-weight straps: you can add or remove 1 lb modules to change the load on each side. Start with fewer modules for a lighter setup, then adjust the resistance for an exercise or as your routine progresses. Each strap adjusts from 1 to 5 lb.

For example, the pair can add resistance to a walking session, while the same adjustable format can be used for aerobics or strength exercises at home or in the gym. The product is also listed for physical therapy use, making it suitable for routines where adjustable wearable weights are part of the exercise plan.

## Strengths

The main advantage is having multiple weight settings in one pair. Rather than choosing a single fixed load, you can tailor each strap within its 1–5 lb range by removing or adding modules. That makes it practical to vary resistance across different movements and activities without changing to a separate set of weights.

The straps are filled with iron sand and covered in neoprene, combining a compact weight format with a soft sleeve. The adjustable closure supports both ankle and wrist use, giving the pair more flexibility across workout routines. Customer feedback often highlights adjustability, comfort, and usefulness for exercise. Opinions are mixed on fit, Velcro hold, and durability, so fastening the straps snugly before starting movement is a sensible part of use.
