## Description

The 8-inch rubber wheels and dual handbrakes give the Aojin WB-2201 Purple a wheeled way to get around during foot, ankle, or lower-leg recovery. Its padded knee rest supports the injured leg while the handlebar provides a control point for steering and braking.

The foldable carbon steel frame and removable storage bag add practical details for everyday use at home or while traveling. The scooter is designed for users from 4'7" to 6'1".

## Practical tips
Set the handle and knee rest to a comfortable height before moving: the handle adjusts from 33" to 38.9", and the knee rest from 15.8" to 19.7". Keep the injured leg supported on the padded rest and use the dual handbrakes to control movement. The recommended walking speed is under 2.4 mph.

The removable bag holds personal items so they do not need to be carried by hand. When you need to put the scooter away or transport it, the foldable frame makes storage more manageable. Follow the assembly instructions and make sure the scooter is set up securely before use.

## What you’ll notice day to day
A knee scooter offers a different approach from crutches: instead of moving on foot with support at each step, you steer a wheeled frame while resting the affected leg on the knee pad. That can be useful for getting between rooms or moving around the home, particularly when keeping small personal items in the bag is convenient. The 8-inch rubber wheels are designed for indoor and outdoor use, while the dual brakes put speed control at the handlebars.

The widened chassis and low center-of-gravity design are intended to support stability. The padded knee rest provides a dedicated place for the leg, and its adjustable height helps tailor the position to the user. The frame has a stated maximum capacity of 300 pounds.

## Worth noting
Buyers often describe the scooter as easy to assemble and maneuver indoors, and some say it helped them get around after foot surgery. Feedback on stability and knee comfort is mixed. Some also report durability problems involving the front wheel or brakes, so it is sensible to check the wheels and brake operation as part of routine use. Individual experiences vary, and the product’s stated design features remain the clearest guide to how it is intended to be used.

## When it makes sense
This model is suited to someone who needs a wheeled mobility aid during recovery from a foot, ankle, or lower-leg injury, or after surgery, and who prefers steering a scooter to relying on crutches. Its adjustable handle and knee rest, padded support, hand-operated dual brakes, and storage bag address practical needs at home and on trips. For someone within the listed height range who wants to keep the injured leg supported while moving, the Aojin combines those recovery-focused features with a foldable frame for easier storage.
