Aobbow Magnetic Power Bank 5000mAh

For iPhone users who want backup power without carrying a full-size battery pack, the Aobbow magnetic power bank keeps its focus on portability. Its 0.4-inch profile and 4.3-ounce weight are meant to slip into a pocket or small bag.

The 5000mAh capacity is aimed at everyday top-ups, while the LED display makes the remaining charge visible at a glance. That can be handy before a commute or a day away from an outlet.

It also offers a USB-C port for wired charging, so you have a choice between snapping it onto a compatible iPhone or reaching for a cable. The tradeoff is that a slim backup pack is not the same as a higher-capacity battery for repeated full recharges.

Technical details

This is a 5000mAh magnetic wireless power bank with a stated maximum output of 15W. It measures 0.4 inches thick, weighs 4.3 ounces, and has a credit-card-sized footprint, according to the maker. An LED screen shows the exact remaining battery percentage, rather than leaving you to guess when the pack needs charging.

Aobbow says the pack can recharge an iPhone 17 when needed and provide up to 70% power for a Samsung Galaxy S26. It also claims that an iPhone 15 can go from 0% to around 40% in 30 minutes using the USB-C port. Treat those figures as maker-provided examples, not a guarantee for every phone or charging situation. The stated charging speed may vary with the device and how you use the pack.

Compatibility & requirements

The listed magnetic compatibility covers iPhone 12 through iPhone 17 series models. The product description also names AirPods wireless charging cases. It does not provide a full list of other supported devices, so don’t assume every phone will attach magnetically or charge wirelessly just because it can use a USB-C cable.

For a quick practical use, snap it onto a compatible iPhone before heading out, then check the display during the day instead of waiting for a low-battery warning. If you plan to use a different phone, rely on the USB-C port only if your device supports charging from that connection, the listing does not specify additional cable or adapter details.

Usage tips

Use the magnetic option when convenience matters more than keeping a cable handy, use USB-C when you want a wired boost. The pack’s small footprint should be easier to carry than a larger, higher-capacity bank, but that compact design is better suited to topping up than to powering several devices through a long stretch away from outlets.

The digital percentage display is useful for deciding whether the bank itself needs a recharge before a workday, flight, or school day. Aobbow also states that it offers three-year replacement support for quality issues. Keep the purchase details available if you expect to rely on that support.

Practical doubts

Does the display show the phone’s battery level? No. It shows the power bank’s remaining battery percentage, which helps you decide when to recharge the pack.

Can I charge with a cable instead of attaching it magnetically? Yes. The description identifies a USB-C port for wired charging as an alternative to snap-on wireless charging.

What support is included? Aobbow states that it will arrange a replacement for a quality issue within three years. The listing does not give further terms, so check the support conditions that apply to your purchase.

Should you buy it?

It suits you if you carry a compatible iPhone and want a slim backup for commutes, errands, or travel, with both magnetic charging and a USB-C option. It might not be a great match if your priority is the largest possible reserve for repeated recharges, or if your phone is outside the stated magnetic compatibility list. Compared with a bulkier, higher-capacity power bank, this one prioritizes easy carry and quick access over extended power for multiple devices.
